We decided to stop by for lunch, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and arrived quickly, which was a pleasant surprise considering how busy it was. Our server, Cade, truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Despite the rush, he was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and even anticipating some extra requests before we had to ask. His friendly attitude and professionalism added a personal touch to the meal, which really elevated our entire experience. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend it—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Cade as your server. You won’t be disappointed!

we had a birthday dinner around 6pm, the manager & our server made us feel really comfortable knowing we had a party of over 20 people (which i called an hour prior stating it was going to be 15-20) drinks & food came out pretty quickly, our server was super attentive & so was the manager which in fact y’all did good on promoting him by the way! some of the crew even came out & sang happy birthday with some ice cream. birthday dinner was a success, thank y’all again!

Chili’s Classic Ribeye: A Steak in Search of a Soul

At first glance, the Chili’s ribeye makes a strong visual case: seared with decent color, nestled next to a loaded scoop of mashed potatoes and a heap of steamed broccoli that, surprisingly, steals the show. Yes, the broccoli—lightly seasoned, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth good—is the unlikely star of the plate. It’s the kind of side dish that makes you pause and say, “Wait, this is Chili’s?”

The mashed potatoes, generously topped with cheddar, chives, and bacon bits, promise indulgence but deliver something more muted. They’re not bad. They’re… fine. Like a polite conversation with a stranger on a plane—pleasant, but nothing you’d recall the next day.

Then there’s the ribeye. Ordered medium, it arrives exactly that—pink-centered, warm, and juicy enough to check the technical boxes. But here’s the thing: it eats like a steak without a story. No real crust, no deep beefy resonance, no butter-basted magic. You find yourself chewing, but not chasing the next bite. It’s the kind of steak that makes you check your phone halfway through—not out of boredom, but because you’re no longer in a relationship with your plate.

Service? Solid. Sat at the bar, drink came quick, staff was on it. No complaints there. But as a whole, the meal hits a familiar Chili’s note: dependable, a little corporate, and just interesting enough to keep you from regretting the visit—but not quite enough to remember it a week later.

Rating: 4/5 stars
A steak cooked right, but not cooked memorably. The broccoli walked so the ribeye could stand still.

This was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had.

Starting with the food, it was to put plainly, terrible. My wife got the surf and turf which is broccoli, steak, and shrimp. She asked for the steak as a medium but it came out as rare. If it could moo it would have it was so raw on the inside. The broccoli was supposed to be steamed but was raw, and the shrimp was over seasoned. I got the smokehouse combo pick 2 with the crispy chicken crisper and chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. The crispy chicken was extremely dry, the quesadilla shell was burnt, and the fries that came with cold when we got the food.

Sitting behind us was a family with their kid bouncing up and down the whole time and as the seat was back to back it ended up bouncing my seat as well. It caused my stomach to heave several times.

The server….
To put it bluntly, overly friendly. When looking at the menu they started by coming and talking quite a bit and then stood at the table was telling us to look at the menu. When they did leave they came back with my wife’s drink and during that time she had bitten into her food and the server put her tablet down and told her to do it again since she missed my wife taking a bite of the appetizer. When the entrees were brought out she told my wife to cut into her steak and take a bite and refused to leave. It went from uncomfortable to inappropriate and we just wanted to leave.

The seat that I was sitting in was extremely dirty with crumbs all over it and on the floor was spilt ranch which caused me to slip when sitting down.

After leaving because my wife had taken a bite of steak to appease the waiter she immediately started to vomit out of the car.

The total was over $100 for the two of us and what I want to say to end this is to save your money and go elsewhere, there are places much cheaper, have better food, and much better service. It is not worth it to come here.

We go to Chili’s to do takeout quite often the last couple times we’ve been have not been the best. We said we were gonna go a couple more times the food is great however, the last time we went half of our order was missing in the Togo order they kept offering a gift card. We don’t want it. We just wanted our food That was missing to be given back or made, and given to us I should say. They’re claiming I had an object in my food the last time which is not true my order was missing a few items. We are just over the situation itself how it was handled and we are no longer support or going to chilis. Also when sending emails to guest make sure it’s not as scathing or rude maybe be more courteous because the email I received is pretty clear that the staff here is rude. It’s funny because I do t care about a gift card or refund I just wanted are food that was missing to be given to us.

We ordered from this restaurant through doordash tonight. We ordered an array of items because we actually haven’t gotten to eat at Chili’s in about 12 years. I got the appetizer trio and overall it was good. But I chose the Nashville hot chicken strips. I won’t do that again. You can expect for food here too have a good amount of salt but that Nashville Hot Chicken was inedible. It was not even hot just red wet salty sauce. First time I’ve ever had Nashville hot anything and it wasn’t even warm. I also didn’t realize that the salsa that comes with the appetizer of chips and salsa was so sour and flavorless. My favorite item was the honey Chipotle cheese sticks! I think my husband agrees. I wish the food had been warm when it got to our address which was only about 2 mi away. That made me wonder how long the food had set at the restaurant before the scheduled pick up. They may have made it really fast and it set for about 15 minutes before it was picked up and brought to us.

We we’re at chilis with our Baby on Jan 6, at 7pm. Our service was amazing, and fast. The server (Hailey,Haylee?) was very attentive and kind and was super fast. Every server should strive for this level of service. 100 recommend will absolutely be coming back.

Chili’s Grill & Bar never disappoints, and this visit was no exception! One word: chili queso. If you know, you know—and if you don’t, you’re missing out. It’s hands-down one of the best comfort appetizers out there.

The chili queso was hot, rich, and packed with flavor, with just the right balance of creamy cheese and savory chili. Perfectly seasoned, not greasy, and absolutely addictive. Every scoop with the chips hit the spot and set the tone for a great meal.

Beyond the food, the overall experience was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it an easy place to kick back and enjoy yourself. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh without long waits.

Chili’s is one of those reliable go-to spots where you know you’re going to get solid food, good portions, and a comfortable environment. Whether you’re grabbing appetizers, meeting friends, or just in the mood for classic American flavors, it delivers every time.

If you’re stopping by Chili’s, do yourself a favor and order the chili queso—it’s a must. I’ll absolutely be back for it again. Highly recommend! ️
