My friend and I are regulars at this Roosters location. The food is always fresh and made-to-order, and you really can’t beat their prices these days! We did have one experience where the service was very poor, which was frustrating, but I decided to give them another try. I’m glad I did because the service is now back to the high standard I expect. I highly recommend this spot for a consistent and affordable meal.

The atmosphere is always great at this location. Today i had a waitress that seemed to pay more attention to the white associates other than my Dominican wife and I. We didnt have any silverware napkins or plates on our table. We had to ask another waitress for those. Our food appeared to have been dipped back into the greece and served to us. We had to wait 15 minutes after we had finished eating to get my bill, so that we could leave. I had to ask another waitress to get our waitress for that bill. I understand the place was crowded tonight. However our waitress appeared to only be focused on other patrons other than my wife and i; which was very disturbing to my wife and I.

I have always had good previous experiences at this location, but last night, the food could not be warmed up. My dumpster tots came out in less than a minute and were actually cold…and a small portion size. I asked for new ones, they came out in the much larger normal portion size, but they too were cold. I asked them to be made fresh, and they came out again in the smaller portion size. And even though they were a bit warmer, they were freezer burnt, not hot, and tasted undercooked. The ham and swiss sub i ordered came out, and my first bite the meat was luke warm at best. My second bite on the other side…the meat was actually cold…like it came out of a refrigerator. How they were able to get the swiss cheese to meltnon cold meat is a huge curiosity to me. I was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, which i am sure contributed to the poor food quality, that when everyone is complaining and sending orders back to be remade, then thw kitchen is only going to get more backed up. I will never make the mistake of going there when they are busy again.

Ordered traditional wings in medium space. They were so dry I ordered a side of medium suace, (never offered ranch/blue cheese) and ordered a side of ranch as well. Sauce came to the table as an oil with a little flavor. It was literally separated and I had to blend it before dipping or pouring it on My wings. Honestly my wife’s food was great!(a wrap) What made our experience lack luster was the service. Food aside, our server was lacking in manners and service. Not cordial what so ever. Maybe Natalie had a bad day,it happens. But it carried forward into her professional life and we had an unpleasant experience based on the attitude of our server. Yes, it was that bad unfortunately.
