Was out running errands morning, decided to grab breakfast, my order was 2 sausage egg McMuffins and a medium coffee. Window 1 we paid, window 2 for pickup, I was directed to stall 2. Well we waited & waited & waited. I got out to use the bathroom. Came back out, asked my friend did the food come he was like no, now mind you several cars had parked in other stalls before I got out to pee. So I go inside to find out what was going on. So I was ignored at the counter, when they did decide to acknowledge me I asked what the hold up was on my order. Well I was told that they were having a issue with the round eggs and all those other cars were given the folded egg. So I’m like why I wasn’t told this when u paid or given the option since they were having an issue. The stupid answer given, because the cashier didn’t know in a very smart & nasty way. Pissed me off & pardon my french, so I just said give me the folded egg, they got my order in 2.2 seconds. Last time visiting this location. Refuse to deal with ignorant ppl

Let’s put it this way I heard four song waiting in line . When I got my order the ice was all but melted in my soda . The burger a Big Mac was. Cold but the fries were good and hot . They really seem to short staff. The employees are pretty friendly .

The cook in the back must be high or having a bad day because being hilarious or out of spite putting mac sauce and mayo layered between each patty and bun making them float on the sauce mix, are fighting words, the level of disrespect for a fellow human with no regard to the mess made is unforgivable! Shame on you and shame on you as an employee. Other than that the visit was amazing such friendly people car hoping

Fact is, McDonald’s has forgotten it’s a “fast food” restaurant. They tried to have me pull forward for coffee and an orange juice. I refused. It’s not a complex thing…filling 2 cups with liquid.

Ordered two large combos, and after 20+ minutes of waiting I finally got my food only to get one medium fry instead of the 2 large ones I should have gotten. On top of that my bigmac was extremely messed up. There was little to no communication given to me about what was taking so long with my order. Would not recommend.
