I order the same thing two different days.Today is Valentine’s Day. We wait for 2 hours for this terrible food. Its COLD and not any flavor! look at the comparison of the pictures.

We went during the dinner rush and the food quality was noticeably worse than my previous visit. The dishes were COLD and didn’t taste fresh.

I understand it was busy, but the drop in quality compared to my last visit was significant. I hope management can address consistency during peak hours.

So disappointed…. I won’t come back again.

Nobody else had reservations available for Valentine’s Day but Red Lobster had plenty of space. So glad they did! Bailey was our waiter and we had a wonderful evening and great food! Thank you! Photo is all that was left of the meal! Yum!

Hi, my name is Catherine Babbitt. My husband Joe Babbitt and I visited your Restaurant in Billings, Montana on 3-8-26 for his Birthday. I must tell you for a 169.00 dinner it was extremely disappointing. I truly believe this should be one of your restaurants you shut down and make way for a better restaurant that might care just a little. We made a reservation for 5:00. Were seated immediately The hostess and the waitress did a wonderful job with what they had to work with. Water and appetizers came out fine. Took about 30 minutes to get a beer and a simple cocktail. The famous biscuits were hard as a rock. Did not eat them. My husband got the boil with sausages added on. Really sad representation. I got the Lobster feast. Crab legs smelt very fishy not of the ocean. Broccoli was wilty and overcooked. The salads were good but we found out when we got our bill they were 6.49 extra. Probably a 300% mark up. My cocktail was nothing but juice. For 15.00 pretty bad. We still tipped our waitress 30.00 not her fault the Bartender was busy with a friend and definitely not her fault the cooks didn’t care at all. Revamp it or let it go. Love to see a Chili’s in that building

Best service. Not over the top but also thoughtful waitress. The glasses were the most crystal clear spotless glasses I have ever seen in a restaurant. Food was delicious. In my shrimp and lobster linguine the lobster was a little over cooked and rubbery, and my kids chicken strips were dry, but other than that, everything was perfect. The restaurant was busy but we all got seated pretty quickly. Appetizers to entrée feasts were mainly around 20-30-50 dollars at dinner. Kids dinner was about 10 dollars.

Wanted to relive some childhood nostalgia by coming here. Saw they were doing lobsterfest specials so we ordered two dishes. Drinks and biscuits took 20 minutes to show up. They had no clean plates for the biscuits so we put them on napkins. Water refills took so long I was tempted to grab the pitcher and go to the tables myself and fill everyone’s water. Food took over an hour to arrive with a restaurant that was maybe 1/3 full. When the food arrived everything was so overcooked it was nearly inedible. We didn’t send the food back because we didnt want to wait another hour for food again but we should have. Lobster tail was as tough as rubber and had no flavor. Lobster pasta au gratin had maybe 5-6 dime sized pieces of Lobster in it and the teriyaki Lobster bites tasted like salt and the coating batter. Best tasting item on the plate was broccoli. For a $59.99 meal, I expected so much more. Portion sizes were also tiny compared to what the menu made it seem like. For two people I payed over $100 for two lobsterfest meals and sodas. Meanwhile the next night we went to Carvers and had an amazing meal with fresh properly cooked food and drinks for just under $100. I guess some childhood memories are better left in the past instead of being relived.

Oofta. I thought I would give it another chance after a bad experience two years ago. Also, it was extremely busy, which is usually a good sign. Boy was I wrong. I decided that people either have low expectations for an expensive meal, or they just don’t know how to cook and think this is good food. I remember many years ago when Red Lobster was the cream of the crop and it was a big deal to go there. That ship has sailed and they need to just stop. They forgot to add us to the waiting list and we patiently waited forever. After 45 minutes we approached them and they discovered their mistake. The food was boring and mediocre at best. The lobster had an odd texture. There was not much flavor to anything. Not fresh. The entire experience was just odd. I thought I was possibly being cranky and judgemental. However, we happened to leave at the same time as what seemed to be about 3 other tables, and I overheard other groups saying the same. Very disappointing and do not understand why they are still so popular.

I understand being busy for Christmas. That’s why we made a reservation, skip the hassle.. or so we thought. The wait staff is inattentive. Waited almost a half an hour for water. The appetizer took forever, they didnt put in the right appetizer at first. Were LUCKY to get more biscuits. Just was expecting SOOO much more given the FACT of the PRICE. The service was lackluster at BEST, the food was overpriced, and took almost 2 hours to get to our table. And we made a reservation for 5…here it is 7, and STILL waiting for the food we ordered. Food finally showed up…cold. wow. Will DEFINITELY NOT be back here. Service sucks, food sucks for the price, takes forever to get, and when you DO get your food, it’s COLD!

I’ve been going to this location for years, since I was a kid. It definitely hits the spot when you’re craving seafood. Since offering seafood boils, I enjoy coming here even more as someone who craves a boil every now and then. I came in tonight and Bailey, my waitress was amazing and on point with service. Would highly recommend if you need your seafood fix or even just for date night!!☺️

We had not been to a Red Lobster in awhile and were driving through and thought we’d give it a try. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed and can cross it off as a dining g option.
It started off great…were greeted by a friendly waitress, brought our drinks and bread quickly. Salads came out timely….and then it went downhill from there. She went AWOL. We waited over 45 minutes for entrees, finally we asked another waitress to please find ours or find out what happened to our food…the other waitress informed us THE MGR said they were waiting on my salmon. 15 min later our waitress brings our entrees, apologizes and brings more bread….as if that somehow makes up for the waiting.
My husband’s Uktimate Feast obviously had sat under the heat lamp while they figured out my salmon. The Brussel sprouts, that were a $3.50 upcharge mind you, also had been under the heat lamp as they were lukewarm and dried out. Since the Mgr was aware of the waiting, I was surprised he never showed to ask how everything was….
Also, the new menu is overly convoluted and I think having sides of broccoli and 2 forms of potatoes or rice as your only offering of side WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE as ridiculous. A side salad with a $3.99 unchanged is crazy….
Nope, we’re done…a $100 for rubbery lobster and shrimp and dried Brussels sprouts i paid extra for and the awful service…not coming back for more…sorry Red Lobster ya lost a customer…
