I stopped by Casa Torres today for lunch with my wife because we were in the area for her doctor appointment and she was hungry afterwards. I haven’t been to Casa Torres since we first started dating so it was years ago. When we came, there was parking because parking is limited here especially if you come at night time. We got seated quick since it didn’t look like they were busy. Our waiter came to take our order and I believe he was the only waiter working at the time. I got a soda and he brought it out quick but it tasted flat. My wife got the horchata and she loved her drink.
My wife got the Arroz Con Pollo basically chicken with rice and she liked it. I got the nachos with grilled chicken and I did not like my food. They didn’t give you a lot of cheese or chicken and there was no salsa at all. So I used the salsa that came with the chips which helped a little bit. I would not recommend the nachos.
I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad and Chile Relleno to go for my friends parent since they live nearby. The waiter sounds confused when I asked for the to go order to be on a separate check until my wife asked him in Spanish.

Honestly, the food was missing some Flavor maybe it’s a health factor so thank you. But not Delicious. Waitress Valentina was very good, helpful, nice, and had patience for my party. She handled us well.

Food is ok, atmosphere is good if you like live music and sports.
ALWAYS take a look at the bill, this is the third time they try to charge me more, most of the time they try charging you regular price when it’s happy hour or a higher price of what it says on the menu. I always double check my bill and they say the same thing every time “sorry, we’ll fix it right now”. I understand we make mistakes, but 3 times in a row??? I don’t think so, this seems like it’s a very common mistake, I wonder if it’s a mistake, how come they never charge less, it’s always more.

Service: great. She seated us pretty quickly and was our server as well. She checked on us pretty often.
Food: had the Fajitas, which were great. Also had a Cadillac margarita, which was also good.
Cost: ~$35-40. Boss ended up paying for it so didn’t get to see the exact amount

Food was very good, fresh, and constantly being refreshed or rotated out with other foods. The Agua frescoes were delicious, as was many of the desserts. A little pricey, but worth it.

Nowadays, it’s hard to find good-quality food. The shrimp was refried, the chicken was undercooked, and the beef was burnt. Overall, it was very disappointing—especially considering how much they charge per plate.

It was an amazing day celebrating my older brother’s 48th birthday with all of our family. The service was on point and the vibe was great. Music and Mariachi was on fire.

Decided to give it another chance after 5 years by taking my employees to dinner,but we left disappointed again ,waiter was rude we were ignored and when we called her “excuse ME”,she said to not scream at her and told the security guard that we were disrespecting her so the manager gave us the check and told us to leave…. Moral of the story if you go in construction clothes you aren’t welcome there.
