This is a fantastic gem for good food. I was trying burger for the first time. We actually went to drink our fill of the fall foliage . We wanted a place to have a memorable meal. We believe that memories are more valuable than money.Orangeburg delivered the experience we were looking for.
From the first moment we step inside we were greeted and offered a place to sit. I could not decide what to eat because I am accustomed to well cooked meals that were delicious. So am very picky . The server was great knew the menu well, they also got the order correct. Food prepared just the way we ordered.
The portions were adequate and filling.
This place is a keeper , we plan to visit each year after our scenic drive to watch the summer fade.
Restroom were clean had adequate toiletries.
Overall good ambiance.

My new favorite diner is a gem with a great location, inviting atmosphere, attentive staff, and, of course, mouthwatering food! The cheesesteak egg rolls are a must-try appetizer. I visited twice within a week and a half, and I was thoroughly impressed by the food.
One of the standout features of this diner is its menu. Unlike many other diners that have long, confusing lists of food items, this one features pictures of the dishes. This makes it easy to select what you want, especially since the menu has limited items. The pictures also showcase the guest favorites, which adds to the appeal.
The staff is incredibly attentive. The servers check on you every time they pass by, and while their level of attention might distract you if you’re in the middle of a conversation, it’s a small price to pay for such a pleasant dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this diner. It’s a must-try for anyone looking for a great place to eat.

LIKE WOW! This place is AMAZING! First, you are stunned with just the physical space: it is gorgeous! They really went all out. And the place is CLEAN! Like, super freaking clean. I was really impressed. The food was fantastic, simply fantastic. Like, for a diner it was 10 out or 10. Probably the best meal we have had in months. Honestly, the only quibble is the service is a bit odd. And this is minor, so don’t take this as a reason to not go, but I was surprised by how hard it was to hear the waiter. He mumbled, and when he came to check on us, he would walk by and mumble, “Good?” And then he disappeared for like 10 minutes when we needed him. BUT HONESTLY: that part of the experience was minor and we will be back. THANKS!!

Wow! This place is beautiful. I came all the way from Brooklyn to try this diner which came highly recommended from a friend in the nearby area. It was delicious and filling, portions are huge. Special thanks to our waiter Helder, he was very attentive and warm. Also keep up the great work chef & the rest of the staff at Orangetown Diner

First time here and had a great time! The service was kind, funny and prompt. The food was delicious! The short rib burger was PHENOMENAL! They had vegetarian/vegan options. I did not see gluten free options highlighted. The dessert drinks not only looked sensational, the family absolutely enjoyed them fully. No skips. Bathrooms were clean and the seating was comfortable. Pictured is: Burito Grande, Short Rib Burger, Fish Bowl beverage, Chopped Salad, Gerber Baby Beverage.

Stopped by this diner before a long work day and honestly, it was like stepping into a time machine. This place has that authentic old-school diner look that makes you want to order a milkshake and complain about “kids these days.” The food was solid and their coffee was actually really good – like, surprisingly good for a diner.
The servers had this whole “I’m dead inside but still functioning” vibe going on. You know the look – like they’re physically present but their souls left the building around 6 AM. Can’t say I blame them, honestly.
So I order an egg platter with home fries, and this woman brings me a sandwich with home fries. I’m sitting there like “well, this is… close?” But then I see she charged me for a sandwich and a side of fries, so I politely ask if we can sort that out.
She fixes it, but then drops this gem: “I’m only doing this once, next time I won’t.”
I’m sitting there like… ma’am, this is YOUR mix-up. I looking to get reprimanded by a diner server this morning but here we are. Wild energy, but honestly kind of impressive in its boldness.
The place has character and the food’s decent, but apparently ordering what’s on the menu is considered advanced difficulty here.

I love coming to this diner. It feels like the food tastes exactly the same every time I visit. I try to come at least once a month. The comfort food might be somewhat stereotypical and Americanized, but honestly, they do it so well that I keep coming back. The quality of their food, portion sizes, and customer service all fit perfectly together.
I appreciate that their seating is always spacious, and the facilities are generally very clean. I love that they offer several options on the menu to suit all tastes, and I’m especially fond of how when I order pancakes, I get two sides of meat instead of just one, plus I get hot maple syrup without having to ask.
I enjoy the flavor of everything, from their coffee to their desserts. I also absolutely love their mimosas. The only thing I’ve never had the courage to try are the milkshakes—they seem way too sweet for me, but they do look impressive.
Other than that, everything else is amazing, and I think the place is iconic. I love coming here!

This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning! Everything was excellent. Love the decor and atmosphere. Very retro and clean. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was excellent. My mom had the Cali Breakfast. Great healthy option. I had the fish tacos. They were very yummy and so much food I had to take 2 tacos home. The rainbow cake was moist and delicious! Perfect! Cute decoration on the plate too. So happy to have finally found a diner I like!

My friend and I had heard of this diner’s unique offerings and we decided to pay a visit to try them. Everything we had was fantastic and perfectly prepared. She really enjoyed her caramel latte, as did I with my black coffee. Both variants of the French toast were amazing, and the additional toppings really added something interesting to the mix without being overpowering. We opted to get the maple syrup which is an extra $3 each, but it’s well worth it. My friend loved her eggs and home fries as well, and only brought some home because she was too full to finish it all. My short rib and egg tacos were phenomenal and we’re the perfect blend of breakfast and lunch influences. I absolutely loved it.
Customer service here was amazing. The diner was very clean and the staff was accommodating and quick. We never had to look for a staff member when we needed something. I would definitely recommend anyone check them out. It’s definitely worth the trip (we came all the way from southern Westchester) and we’ll be back for more soon!
