Not a big deal but why has no one has ever mentioned a reward program?
My real issue was with the employee making my pizza.. I always get the same thing and have my order down to a science at this point but this guy wouldn’t let me order with out interrupting me to say “ what type of sauce, what type of cheese, what meat”. Like slow down dude, I want olive oil and garlic before my sauce and now you have me all over the place trying to figure out if i missed anything. Let me add- he DID NOT do this to the party in-front of us. He allowed them to speak freely and place the order with out asking and took his time. But with us he was all the sudden in the slowest hurry i have experienced.
And last issue- he was not personally hygienic and I had a hard time letting him make my food to be honest. They also didn’t cut my pizza when I ordered it extra cut lol.

Slow ordering process.
Arrived at around 6 pm, a few people ordering ahead of us and it took 30 minutes just order. To be fair, it appeared that the server was new. But, we somehow manage to always come when someone is new and learning. Super slow server. Slow, like counting each mozzarella shaving before carefully placing it on the dough. Now repeat this step a thousand more times for this 11 incher. Sigh. Just sad cause MOD advertises itself as fast.
Decent basic pizza though. I’d be happy with Pizza Hut next time.

Great concept. Pizza would be so much better if they started with better ingredients !! Everything is shipped in prepared. No flavor in the cheese and sausages are pre cooked pebbles… reminds me of dog food. So close and yet so far, buy better ingredients.

I’m done going to this location. I used to work in wilsonville and I got MOD almost weekly and it was always on point, loaded with ingredients, dough streched out properly and most importantly it was NEVER burnt. This location always burns the pizza, if you do online they really don’t care and is never right, you have to go in and babysit the employees thru the making process. they can’t even keep the marionberry lemonade stocked. This owner needs to take notes from wilsonville and train there employees properly.

Came here on a slow night. There were 2 workers making pizza. Waited about 20 minutes just for them to take my order since they were prioritizing online orders over in person. Waited another 25 minutes in store just to find out they gave my order to someone else. Had to remake it and wait. By far the worst customer service and location I have ever experienced.

Over all cool place, but not my best experience today. Walked in today for lunch with burnt pizza smell. Should have noted that from the beginning. 2 Cauliflower pizza crusts over cooked. Showed 2 staff, they offered the break off the crispy edges of the pizza for us. No thanks.

Mod pizza is great. You get to choose how many toppings you want for one price. They have very healthy options.
The last few orders on separate occasions I have received have been burnt and pizza was rock hard. So I took my 5 star review down to 3 because it has happened more than once.

I ordered three pizzas, each with extra meat. Every pizza included extra pepperoni (the maximum I received on one was 8 slices—one in the center and 7 around the edge), extra salami (the highest on one pizza was 6 slices on the outer edge), a few olives, and on one, I requested pineapple (which came with 6 small wedges). I asked for three types of cheese on each pizza, but if there was cheese, it was very minimal. One pizza was undercooked, while the other two were significantly overcooked. This marks my third visit to the location on Center Street, and unfortunately, each time the portions have been small and the pizza quality has not met expectations. In contrast, I do not experience these problems at the South Salem location, where when I request extra, I actually receive it.

Mod is great pizza, as you can have your faves your way. Easy atmosphere to have a soda or craft lemonade and sit and catch up. Easy to take home leftovers.
