The women’s bathroom really needs work. The sink only has one temperature setting: scalding, which makes it difficult to properly wash hands. And one of the two stalls has been out of order for over a year, which has been a big problem because the workers frequently take breaks in the one working stall, leaving no available bathroom for up to 15 minutes at a time. The food is normally pretty good, but the lack of women’s facilities is rather offputting.

This was the first time in a long while that we actually went in and sat down. Last week we door dashed from here. Two completely different experiences. In house, our food was perfect. Great Service! Quick, clean, and correct. Very impressed. However, the door dash absolutely horrible. We had ordered lux boxes, they must of been out, everything was just thrown and slopped in one bag. It was so heavy that the bottom ripped. That’s how it was delivered, then we had to play the guessing game of what was what because there were no marks or writing showing what they were. So impressed and disappointed within 2 services over a weeks span. We are loving the new Chicken Cantina menu.

I ordered a Crunchwrap with extra meat and got a salad Crunchwrap instead. I also asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. I barely had any meat on the Doritos locos taco I got too. Very unsatisfied and it’s my first time eating at this location. I also got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat and rice was dry. Overall poor experience at this location.

I went into the store on Feb 5, 2026 and saw two employees DRINKING. On top of that I had one of the managers yell at me. The horrible p.o.s. said her name is Shelby. She should and these other two managers need to be fired. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I wouldn’t be surprised if they give you food poisoning

I have been to this Taco Bell many times. This is the best place in Macomb the best restaurant anyway. The people that work here are great, friendly, good food. It’s the best place to come.

I bought 2 tacos and 2 burritos, both tacos and one of the burritos had barely any cheese, like just a few strands of cheese, the last burrito had a good amount of cheese, all 4 items barely had any filling at all in them, my burritos were more or less a small scoop of beans in a giant tortilla. (the photos were taken close up, there looks like more beans then there actually is).

I always ask for extra beef in my crunch wrap and I never get it. It’s like when I ask for extra and pay for extra they put less in it hate to see what the regular looks like. Guy takes the order smells like body odor. Leaned out the window and deep breathed right in my face. Not sure I’ll come back again. Canton Taco Bell is better.

Ordered the new shredded beef grilled cheese dipping taco box for just over$10. Unfortunately the taco was much smaller than it looks on the menu. While the taco tasted good, it was in pieces and nearly impossible to dip into the enchilada sauce. The chips were a bit stale with a 1/2 filled cheese sauce cup. The rest of the box was ok. However the staff was nice and the place was very clean. It took just over 10 minutes to get my order later in the evening. Overall it was unremarkable.

Seriously the worst Taco Bell. Twice we have ordered online. Nothing crazy- generally around 4-5 items. First time they wanted to cancel our whole order bc they did not have an ingredient for one of the burritos. We had to beg to not do that and to just replace it with a taco (cost less than the original item). second time- ordered a Crunchwrap with rice added. Every other item (3 items) completely unaltered. Get told they would have to cancel the whole order again because they can’t do the Crunchwrap. My husband asked if they could just swap it with an equal item as to not be hard. Was told “I can only do that with the chicken quesadilla”. To which my husband said sure. Pulls up to the window- attendee says absolutely nothing, ignores him, hands food like we ruined his day. Come home to see they literally gave me a unmelted quesadilla with RICE in it! Wild behavior from this place. Don’t order ahead, or online, or expect any form of customer service. They can’t handle the bare minimum.
