I ordered twenty four dots just for extra fun and cute dessert for a party. All the guys were very nice.They were all working very hard. Definitely not like the commercial. I think he knew they were not up to par.He gave me some extra.

It’s cool to watch the donuts being processed and ready to eat. Love that Krispy Kreme is also on the TOO GOOD TO GO APP and I can get a dozen donuts for a little over $7. It smells so good when you enter the shop. The fresh donuts are hot and melt in your mouth. So yummy! I love this location is close to home so I can stop by regularly. Staff is all nice and hand you a freshly cooked donut when you enter the door. The tables could be cleaned more often.

Pleasant experience. Me and my family stopped in early in the morning to get some donuts and coffee, as we walked in the staff handed us each a fresh donut off the belt for free. Staff was helpful and efficient. I know its just a donut chain but i think the experience was excellent.

I am a rewards member so this $17.50 box of 6 chocolate cream donuts was free! Nothing better than free.
It was 8:15 pm so donuts were a little hard but still good that is why the 4 stars.
Give them a try. A warm glazed is wonderful.

Two dozen bees inside of the windows. All tables were covered in icing and crumbs. Donuts were good and quick service, but the store was not busy and no one was cleaning these nasty tables. Bathrooms are coded entry, and the hand sanitizers (3) are all empty. The music is pretty loud.

I drove 33 miles to pick up Krispy Kreme because it’s something my son loves during the holidays. I placed an online order and even arrived 30 minutes early. The staff at the store were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the product itself was very disappointing. I paid $25 for a dozen donuts, but only 5 of them were fresh and edible. The remaining 7 were hard and stale, as if they had been sitting out for days. After such a long drive and high expectations, my son and I were left frustrated and let down.
We’ve never had this kind of experience at Krispy Kreme before, which makes it even more surprising. While the staff were wonderful, the quality of the donuts did not match the brand’s usual standards. We tossed them in the trash.

Love my Krispy Kremes, however on Monday Feb 2, picked up a winter collection dozen. Got home half of my dozen were hard. Like week old not fresh at all. For $25 thought they would be fresh.

Drove 40 miles there, then 40 back home only to open my donuts and find out the order was wrong! Called the store, explained the issue, they expected me to drive back tomorrow so they could fix my order! I go to the Denver area maybe once every 6-7 months, no way I’m driving back. He said if I had a receipt he could refund me..I said nope, my dumbass told the guy I didn’t need it. I asked to talk to a manager, he said I am the manager, I said great I can tell you the time my card was charged and how much and you should be able to find it and refund me. Apparently this “new” manager does not know how to do things…I said fine, we’ll let me have your corporates number, he said he didn’t know it?!?! I said fine, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. He started screaming at me telling me I was rude and HUG UP ON ME! Corporate has been called!
I called corporate and have been waiting for a call or email. If you are the owner tell me your name and best time to chat and I’ll call your store.
