I stopped going to Panda Express a couple of years ago because bad customer service, but gave a try on this location because I had an appointment around this side of town. I made the right decision. Mitzy was very nice as I asked questions because I had forgotten many things on menu. You want Panda Express with great customer service. This is the location!

Ordered 2 separate meals tonight August 7th 2023 and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a while.

Poor food quality. Almost got out of there with extra food, I had to remind the cashier to add the rest of my items to the bill. I’ve eaten at this location three times in the last 6 months that I’ve lived in the area. Consistently bad! This will be my last time for awhile. The rice was more like cous cous and very crunchy. The string bean chicken was 90% string beans, they were rotten and very over cooked. No teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken. I would suggest going inside so you can see what you’re buying before you order.

We have gone to this location on Rio Bravo and Coors for quite a while now, because of the convenient location near where we live and do our shopping. Most of the time you can tell the employees don’t care to be there let alone be bothered to help you! On top of that, for some reason they never have any of their condiments in stock, or at least very rarely do. Today hit an all time low though. When ordering at the drive thru, you could already tell that the woman was annoyed to be taking the order(if it was anything detailed or crazy I could understand, but it was pretty basic). When we get to the window, the guy takes our payment, then aggressively says “we are out of orange chicken, either change your order or wait!” Mind you, thats probably something that should be disclosed before taking payment. We reply with we are ok with waiting, which was followed up with “go park out front, and we will bring it out when we get to it”! The place was busy so I could understand some annoyance, so we asked should we park any place specific so to make it easier to find us, and again he says “just go park, I don’t have time for this”! I kept my cool, and we park thinking it can’t take that long. While waiting for our order, we come to find out there are 4 or 5 more drive thru patrons waiting out front also who aren’t happy with the service but just want their food so they can go. After another 10 to 15 minutes, there was a bright spot in this whole debacle. I wish would have got his name so I could give him props, but when he brought our order out he was completely professional, apologetic, and a general pleasure to deal with after everything that had transpired the way it did! I plan to avoid this location going forward…..

The service was very bad. The lady was hurrying us and gave us rice instead of chow mein. We asked for spring rolls with vegetables, but she gave us the ones with chicken. Despite hurrying us, she got everything wrong. Also the rice was not cooked right, it was hard and with no taste.

Drive thru stop for lunch. Should have checked order. They didn’t have teriyaki chicken (?) so I went with black pepper chicken. Barely any entree on the bowl of white steamed rice, which was a little hard and crunchy. I basically paid for a bowl of white rice with a smattering of left over black pepper chicken, like the last spoonful after a busy lunch hour. Can I get my money back?

Went thru the drivthu to order. Specifically order mushroom chicken bowl with fried rice and sizzling shrimp with chow main bowl. Got home and had the opposite! My mushroom chicken was in a bowl with chow main not fried rice!

The fried rice is always undercooked and crunchy at this location. The broccoli has a fun my taste. I stopped ordering from this place don’t spend money here

I like what Panda has on its menu, but feel they don’t explore flavors and options enough. I would love more diabetic friendly options now that our family outings have to be more starch aware.

UPDATE: Still extremely disappointed in this location. Window displays close time as 10:30pm but cashier said kitchen closes at 9:30pm because it takes a long time to clean. I arrived at 8:30pm and there were slim pickings (NO super greens, string bean chicken, bejing beef, shrimp) and I was informed these would not be refilled anymore this night as they arent popular items…thats half the menu! MAYBE IF STAFF WERENT MAKING JOKES AND STANDING AROUND LAUGHING AND ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB SUCH AS COOKING, THERE WOULD BE A FULL MENU OR AT LEAST EXPECTED REFILLS! DO BETTER PANDA STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!!
