Went in Wed of this week we don’t go to this restaurant very often but when me and my boyfriend got seated in the back near the bathrooms our booth was sticky and had food in the seat we had to wait 8 minutes before someone could come wipe it, I was thinking who seats customers to a dirty table as soon as they walk in. Rather being busy or not, you should have clean tables ready, secondly other customers behind me and beside me complained of the temperature of the back area and complained how their food was cold was not very appealing to eat my own breakfast with other complaining customers, My problem was the dirty table, may not want to come back for awhile to eat there. Because me and my boyfriend shouldn’t have to stand and wait to have a table cleaned as soon as we walk in. Food was alright no complaints.

Went here Monday 8/25/25 at 11:40am, party of 3. Two of us ordered the same thing – the House Faves Breakfast Faves Combo (2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon CRISPY, 2 original buttermilk pancakes). Person 3 ordered Quick 2 Egg Breakfast. Service was slow. She said they were having internet problems, and couldn’t even take our order for several minutes while they worked on it. Kitchen seemed with it, but we watched them put pancakes out for the server to grab about 10 minutes before she actually grabbed them. Finally got our order about 25 minutes after arrival. This may not have been an issue, but it was our lunch hour, and this should have been a quick order to fill. Alas, pancakes were stone cold, eggs weren’t warm either, and bacon was anything but crispy. One of us got a 10% discount as an apology, the other 2 got nothing; no discount, apology or anything. Didn’t have time to wait around for the manager. Disappointed is an understatement. IHOP clearly needs a backup plan so that things can keep running on time when technology does not.

Literally just walked out this morning got sat at like 8am sat around for 30min no drink no service only one waitress was in the building doing stuff cooks were busy and food was coming out but nothing was being served. When we arrived people were out side smoking not a big deal to me but when we left they were all outside. We were leaving and the manager tried to approach me asking why we were leaving. Obviously not being serviced anything would be a problem. Looks like there meeting was more important. They left before I could get everyone in the group photo.

Service is usually fairly brisk no matter how full the place is. They’re great about keeping an eye out for you, the food is of course amazing, and the manager makes rounds to check on everyone. Despite the syrup usage and I’m sure plenty of spills, tables have remained clean and spotless every time I’ve come here.

The restaurant was clean and tidy, and while the seating could use some repair, it was an overall pleasant atmosphere. Our server, Octavia, was very kind and helpful. She was very patient with us and checked in ok us regularly. The food was hot and fresh and didnt take too long to be served.

Abby is the best!!!!! She made sure we had everything we needed. She also asked if I wanted a special order. I want her to be my server every time.
Craig is a very hard worker that I noticed. He is very sweet and kind.
The cooks are just wonderful too.
Management is on point!!!!!

The placed was packed but wait staff was keeping up. It was kind of nasty that some ac vents were dripping onto the tables while you were eating. The Worst thing was getting ripped off by their shadie menu pricing as shown in the pictures. And even the manager said they didn’t know?? You can get 2 side orders of pancakes (4 total) for $6. Or a 3 stack for $8.49. ????? Wait staff won’t tell you this. Very disappointing.

It had been awhile since I ate at IHOP. When I decided to go, my server made sure I was taken care. I’ve been going pretty much every 1-2 weeks! And when I come, I always request the waitress that makes sure I have a great experience!!! Octavia, I say thank you for your attentiveness, even on the busiest of days!

Manager Laney was sweet and understanding..
MY EXPERIENCE: WHEN i walked n as usual several people are at the counter acting as if they dont see people walking in…there welcoming spirit is bad …they are young and playful…my waitress Kimmey demeanor and attitude came off a little negative once I placed my order but couldn’t understand why I was unable to get a substitution that I’ve always gotten…even the week before when I came in I had no problems..I dont eat eggs even tho what I ordered was a special..ITS LIKE IM PENALIZED FOR NOT EATING EGGS to get a substitution. My waiter went and got the manager then the manager above that manager came LANEY… she actually sat down at my level eye to eye and explained and also became open minded to hear me out as well.. ONE THING I can say out of this is LANEY IS IN THE RIGHT POSITION the ones under her should take note because she sets the bar high in managment for ihop because of her I WILL B BACK
