We enjoyed dinner at the bar to avoid a 20-25 minute wait. The bartender was attentive and was quick to serve our drinks. Two regulars sat next to us and made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff knew their preferred drinks and asked about things meaningful to them. Nice touch! The food came out piping hot! Great quantity too. The homemade salad dressing made the salad stand out. My only suggestion is they ease up on the salt in their chopped steak. I’ve noticed this in their Fredericksburg location also. All in all, we had a geat experience.

Came here on new years, me and a friend wanted to have a nice meal and catch up since she would only be in town for a short while it was only a 15 minute wait, the booth wasn’t the cleanest but that was whatever. Our food came after about 30 minutes however it was very good and worth the wait. Now even though the food was great i cannot over look the service, The server was a bit passive aggressive and i felt as though we were being stereotyped. My friend tried speak to the manager (Steve) and he just brushed her off as well.

My overall experience in the restaurant was not great. The food was excellent, and came out quickly. However, I felt very unwelcome from the moment I walked through the doors. The hostess barely said a word to me and seemed to look at me with distain, and my waitress didn’t seem very interested in making me feel comfortable. She seemed annoyed, regardless of how polite I was with her. I felt like I was invading her space and stealing her time. I certainly hope this was not a result of me being a white male. There was another waiter who delivered my steak and he was very welcoming and I honestly wished I had him instead.
I’ll eat here again, see how it goes next time and adjust my review accordingly.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing and I will not be returning. The issue is not the food, but the terrible service. I understand that staff can be tired and that we arrived about 10 minutes before 9, but even so, we waited more than 20 minutes for someone to finally take our order.
When the waitress finally came to our table, her attitude was very unpleasant. She did not greet us, she barely spoke clearly, and she didn’t bring the bread that they usually offer to start the meal. These are basic elements of good customer service.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this restaurant. In the past it had been small issues, but this time it was truly uncomfortable. People go to restaurants to enjoy a pleasant moment with their loved ones, not to feel ignored or poorly treated.
The lack of friendliness, professionalism, and basic customer service from the staff made the whole experience very negative. There are many other restaurants that actually value their customers.

This review is based on curbside pick up: It’s pointless to order curbside when eventually you have to go inside to get your food.
My order was ready for pick up at 8:51pm, I get there at 8:52pm and enter my parking number spot. Then 15 minutes pass no one come out. So I called the restaurant to see what’s going on, the lady said she just rounding people order to come out to make one trip out. I waited another 20 minutes at this point I start to get annoyed because I’m trying to get my food and go that’s why I order in advanced and not to be waiting a long time if like I was inside the restaurant. Since no ever came out I had to go inside after waiting for 35 minutes for a food that was already ready. And other people in the curbside pick parking started walking in as well to get their order.
When I enter there’s only one lady in the take out section next to the bar, like really? So there’s no more people working on the curbside pick up????? When I called why couldn’t the lady just tell me ma’am sorry we are busy and short staff please come inside but noooooooo when I go inside she just says “oh well we are busy and people kept coming inside to get their order” so basically if I never went inside I would have waited probably almost an hour to get my food or what???
Note to Management, please improve curbside pick up. Thanks !

Had a great time with my family. Destiny our waitress (I hope I spelled it right) was training someone and you wouldn’t even be able to tell. The way the worked together was amazing. Took my son out for his 15th birthday on 2/22/26. The Parmesan-crusted salmon is top tier. The floor manager who worked the 3pm shift was very warm, welcoming, and great customer care. For a busy Sunday, the staff did a good job holding it down. I initially planned for a party of 8 and my son unexpectedly while at the restaurant going to say that he told his friends to show up that lead us to having to make a table size adjustment. The manager and the staff were extremely helpful and patient with us. We had a great server who served us well. I wish I knew the guy’s name and the manager’s name to them shout out.

Well long horn looks like the tariffs are on in your establishment. No lamb, ribs,and pork chops. And the service was slow ,the beer came out warm ordered sweet tea ,got sweet. Well it got worse forgot the entree can out with the corn and a baked potato that was not as ordered. Come on long horn I can’t have you fall off too. And the manager immediately wants to compensate instead of getting the order right. Every person with issues are not always looking to get compensated. Focus on the service,this is one of my favorite places. Inventory management and service key. I am hoping this was a oneoff. Betterluck on the next visit

My wife and I had dinner there. It was for my birthday. The restaurant was cold. They didn’t have any complimentary bread nor brussel sprouts. The napkins and silverware were dirty but they replaced them. The food was delicious and the waiter was good. We don’t plan to eat there again.
