Quality is at an all time low, presentation and performance. Although they refunded just the burger $2.70. I can’t understand what would make someone serve food that they themselves know is undesirable. My greedy hungry self ate damn near all of it anyway the meat had a funny taste almost like it was spoiled and it was also dry, over cooked and old. The cheese was hard has if it wasn’t properly stored. The food was barely warm and the fries had entirely to much salt.

The grilled chicken salad was fresh and came with a cup of cottage cheese (never got that at other locations, but maybe it’s a new thing), also came with a small bag of garlic cheese croutons. My daughter liked those since I’m doing Keto. The service was great and the food came out fast. (The part of our order that was cooked — a hamburger and fries–was very quick. Otherwise a pre-made salad would, of course, be quick.) The cashier was cool–patient with me since I had to call my husband for his choice of dressing. (No one behind me in line or I would never have done that.)

I frequent Braums as it is close to my home. They are always friendly here. I usually only buy ice cream here. I used to help service Braums for pest control. This has been several years back. If I was writing this review back then it would not be positive!! However Braums has stepped up their game. This and every other establishment is have been in since then is clean and appears to be doing very well with control of any and all pests! I would definitely recommend Braums to eat at or to get your favorite ice cream! One thing I do wish though is they would keep my favorite ice cream in stock. They cycle different ice cream flavors in and out. I understand why but I wished mine would remain a constant!!! Lol!! It’s the no sugar added peanut clusters ice cream… just incase Braums wants to help a brother out!! Lol! Once again I recommend this place!! Happy eating!

Omg!!!! We were visiting from Texas for my bday and I have never been to a Braum’s before. When I tell you this location had beyond stellar customer service, I’m for real. The hospitality we experienced in my opinion was better than the Texas hospitality we hear ppl talking about and have been around my whole life…stellar!!! The food was good and the ice cream was great! The service was so good that instead of going to eat somewhere else for my bday dinner I chose to go back to this Braum’s location and the customer service was still amazing!!! If you haven’t been to this location, go check them out. They have an amazing crew and team. Thanks for making our experience a memorable one!!!

This place always saves the day! You can’t beat their deals! Morning or Evening, the staff is always kind, on point and great customer service regardless of how busy it gets or how late in the day you won’t be disappointed. They deserve to know how appreciated they are.

Me and my wife came in this morning absolutely great service. But what made me really make this review is the fact a lady came in with some sort of disability autism or something else not really sure about that part but all the employees were so awesome they helped her every step of the way from her order of a burrito and then helped her with shopping and then even helped her to a car that was waiting for her. I have never seen so much love. Seeing this made me cry lol as I have an autistic daughter and I just hope people show that same compassion to her when she gets older.

I came through the drive through dec 17 around 6:30pm and i got hot fries but my sandwich tasted like chemicals maybe it sat for a min it hurt my stomach all night at work don’t know but y’all should see why that happened I won’t eat another burger from there unless I know it’s freshly made. I would have gladly parked.

Literally stood there while they gave our order to another customer. The manager was rude!! She didn’t care, she said what do you want me to do about it. Chaotic and unorganized. Get a burger somewhere else!!

Today I had the worst experience at this location. I simply asked the lady at the window, not the cashier but the other one why did they not notify us that it was a wait and she had the worst attitude and stated we don’t know if we’re gonna be backed up in until you’re here. Mind you when I came around from ordering my food. There were already two prior cars over to the right hand side I thought they were just parked cars. No, they were cars waiting on their order so she clearly knew that they were they were backed up. Then other orders start coming out behind all three of us. They were now parked waiting on our orders. The first car drove off. The second car was waiting for ice cream, so there was no cooking there. There shouldn’t have been no wait for her at all and then there’s me I finally get my order which were too large hashbrowns and both of the two large containers had every bit of six hashbrowns in there six hashbrowns at that point I wanted to go in and get a full refund for my order because I was totally dissatisfied not to mention the cherry limeade that I ordered that taste like it’s been sitting there overnight. It has zero flavor to it at all totally totally totally totally not OK.
