The people at the drive thru were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Our bag that they handed us broke, they laughed in our faces and shut the window. We had to ask them to open back up the window and give us a new bag. Had the audacity to say oh you really need another bag…. maybe you should hire kinder or more compadent people who know not to put two meals in a single bag.

This Wendy’s will charge you $0.59 per sauce you ask for, even when you spend money on multiple orders. I spent $22.00 for 2 burgers and a drink and they would not give me a sauce to go with my meal without charging me for it. I will never eat at this establishment again. This location is trying to charge you for things that should come with ordering 2 meals to eat. The manager and owner should be ashamed of themselves.

So I ordered the SpongeBob Krabby. Patty and I got to say it just tastes like a burger sauce. Nothing wild at all.
Cheeseburger – temp 130°f which is still under the FDA code I also like my burgers super hot for quality..
Fries – temp 122°f season was lacking, once they heated them up in the air fryer they were pretty on me and I added seasoning..
Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty – It was a decent size and it would have been amazing if it was made properly. All the pineapple flavoring was at the bottom and the top was just a foamy soft top that you get like at Dutch, Bros. I’m assuming it was not made right. Based on the description of ya it was very watery texture.. but once I blended it up, it was super yummy
So my ratings are based on what I got before I had to fix things so I feel it’s about 50% actions from me and them.., everything tastes good once I heated it up. I was disappointed with the whole Krabby Patty sauce –

I come here often as I live nearby. Now I was just there a few minutes ago. I had told them it was gonna be a large order before I ordered. When I got my food there were missing items and when I told them they were missing they looked at me like I was lying smh. They then asked for the bag of food back. Once they realized their mistake they gave me my food but still forgot to give me the cheddar cheese I asked for on my burger after treating me like this. Not sure how I should feel. I don’t lie or steal and didn’t deserve this. I feel like you’re employees should check the food bags before they hand them out the window, instead of treating people like they stole something as I used to manage a burger restaurant 4 years myself. That was unacceptable of them

Wendy’s gave me a used soda in the drive thru. The car in front of me was handed a large soda. The guy tasted it, then handed it back to the cashier, and yelled “that’s not mine”.
I pulled up and was handed my order and sure enough, it was the same soda!
I ordered a few drinks, but this one has the tabs pulled up (from the straw being pulled out).
Super gross.
