Enjoyed dinner with my wife. The food was very flavorful. We have not been here in over a decade. The service was good and our dinner was delicious. Audrey greeted us and got us in quickly. Our waitress was very attentive (unfortunately I cannot remember her name).

Had the limited Short Rib with a side of their spinach. This place is one of the best Italian chain restaurants. Most of their food is made fresh to order. The rib was not as tender as we hoped but still great. The mashed was creamy and flavorable as always.

We went in for an evening at random. Left really happy. Our server BJ, was wonderful. Super attentive and really got on some good menu items. The $10 take home deal is a blast, really good value and i dont have to cook tomorrow. Overall an excellent experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for our waitress Isabelle at Carrabba’s because she was absolutely incredible. From the moment we sat down, Isabelle was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. She knew the menu inside and out, gave amazing recommendations, and somehow anticipated everything we needed before we even asked.
Our drinks were never empty, the food came out perfectly timed, and she checked on us just the right amount—attentive without ever being intrusive. Her positive attitude completely elevated the entire experience. You can tell Isabelle truly cares about her guests and takes real pride in what she does.
This was one of those rare dining experiences where the service alone makes you want to come back. Isabelle is a total superstar, and Carrabba’s is lucky to have her. She deserves all the praise (and raises!).

Been now about five times now. I have nothing to complain about. Your greeted with smiles as you walk through the doors. Never a long wait if any for a table or booth. Waitress all smiles willing to serve us. Food and adult beverage top drawer. Plenty of fressh bread dipped fresh olive oil with a pinch oregano a fresh ground black pepper made for a wonderful appetizers snack before the main course came. I recommend coming to this restaurant anytime even for a franchise it’s like home cooking Italian style!

We hadn’t been to Carrabba’s in quite a while but decided to go. I used to go just to get the minestrone soup. Well, I ordered it and it was so nasty. It was a brown liquid with a few mushy potatoes and some other vegetables. I had to ask 3 times for butter. I asked for extra meat sauce for my pasta and I got some bitter tasting substance. I ordered sirloin with Marsala sauce but just got a plain steak. We ordered crab cakes and they were 2 mushy blobs that tasted horrible. We didn’t even eat them. The waiter seemed very young and inexperienced. He spoke so soft and fast that he was hard to understand. We will never be back.

The bartenders are just fabulous! So friendly, so talented, and make you feel like a friend immediately. I love the espresso martini and the shrimp focaccia appetizer. Service on every level was just top notch.

My food from here was excellent. I ordered the lasagna which came with a soup and bread. The bread was exceptionally fresh and warm! I got the chocolate dream for dessert and it was 10/10 amazing!

Came into this Carabba’s location last night for the first time in a while. Was greeted at the door by Vivian whom I remembered from last time, and she was sweet as ever. She then put me on the waitlist for a while, and I later got called and taken to my seat by a shorter girl and a very tall man, who both were extremely friendly. After my great experience with the hosts is where things started to go downhill. I believe my server was Shay and she was nice, but the overall service was horrible. It took me almost 20 minutes to get a refill of my drink, and much longer just to get more bread. I don’t know what their title is, but the people bringing food and drinks to my table, they were not my server, were absolutely terrible. I don’t use that word often. One of them, a tall black haired girl, was especially troubling. As she was dropping things off for us, which took much longer than it should’ve, I was attempting to ask her a question but she was more engrossed in talking to one of her friends/coworkers from across the restaurant. When she was done with her conversation, she seemed annoyed that we were asking her a question, and in so many words, brushed us off and had us ask our server instead. Again, Shay was very nice and attentive but those other experiences ruined the night. Props to the 3 hosts previously mentioned and Shay, everyone else needs to be retrained on how to do their job and in customer service skills.
