Please note that the portion can be huge, even as a big eater myself I had a hard time trying to finish it.
Let’s start with the food.
She ordered spagetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The spaghetti was mushy and the meats sauce all you could taste was Italian sausage. The meatballs were pre-made frozen meatballs and were very bland and the marinara tasted like it was just poured out of a can.
The bread sticks were stale.
We ordered the stuffed ziti where as it wasn’t bad you could tell it had been reheated due to the grittyness of the cheese inside. The dipping sauces it came with was the same canned marinara as everything else had and gritty Alfredo sauce.
I ordered the cheese ravioli. It came out on a plate that would burn your hands if you touched it however the ravioli was barely warm. This alone was not a good sign it shows that the ravioli had been microwaved and the cheese on top of it was rubbery yet another sign of being microwaved. This was also drenched in the same canned marinara sauce as everything else.
The salad we got had been washed but not dried so the salad was very watery and the tomatos were soft.
Now onto the service our server was at our table every 2 or 3 minutes unless we actually needed something then she was no where to be found and had to be asked repeatedly for refills and wouldn’t even look at the orlther persons glass. Don’t get me wrong I like thorough service but it’s hard to when joy a meal when it’s every couple of minutes being interrupted.
The salad didn’t come to the table til almost the same time as the food whereas the appetizer came out about 3-4 minutes after being ordered.
The atmosphere of the resteraunt was very loud and cramped. The tables were set so close together that if you barely move you were bumping into other patrons. It was so loud in there you could barely speak to the person across the table from you without yelling. The parking is ridiculous all the spots near the door are reserved for their to go patrons so to eat here you have to walk further than the ones just getting there food from the app.
In conclusion my wife and I will not be returning to this resteraunt. Cheaply made food at high prices.
First of all, the managers were unbelievably rude. Instead of helping resolve the issues, they acted annoyed that people were even there. When we had an issue with our food, I politely asked for help, and the manager rolled their eyes, spoke in a harsh tone, and basically made me feel like I was a problem for expecting decent service No apology. No professionalism. Just pure attitude.
The *general* manager was the worst and she is the reason why my night felt horrible. I never expected that I would ever meet such a rude person! The breadsticks were so hard and the gnocchi soup wasn’t even fully prepared. She didn’t want to resolve any issues and she made me feel like it was a problem that I was there, and that I was complaining about THEIR horrible service and dishes. I cannot believe she is even considered their general manager.
If you want a peaceful, enjoyable service I 100% recommend you go somewhere else!
