We enjoyed our meal at paisanos we went on a Monday night and we got lasagna and the chicken marsala
the marsala needed a little bit more salt. The lasagna wasn’t hot enough, but still the food was really good
we got fettuccine Alfredo the salad and bread breadsticks are awesome too.
I gave it a four star on atmosphere cause we were stuck back in this other room by the bathroom and it just wasn’t as cozy or no ambience back there just felt weird

First time 9/2025. Server was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed fried ravioli with marinara and the spinach artichoke dip for appetizers. The salad was fresh and plentiful, with warm, soft breadsticks. Each of our entrees was delicious: Lasagne, Margherita Pizza, Pepper Gorgonzola Steak (cooked perfectly), and Creamy Pesto Shrimp Pasta with asparagus. The birthday guests were given cheesecake for dessert. To-go boxes were needed for 3 of 4 of us. The only downside was that the booth was a little cozy for four adults and all the plates of food, but we all like each other, so it was okay.

Really enjoyed the person sitting behind me moving around and feeling every movement. Looked at my lady who was sitting across from me and she was being beaten up by the person sitting behind her as well. Annoying. VERY. Appreciate the booth seating but these cheap booths in a pricey italian restaurant was not a good look.
Food came and was pumped. Sauce taste almost burnt? Not very good. The 15 layer lasagna that comes with the tour of Italy was just bleh. Not very good at all. Presentation in its own little dish was unique but just a complete failure in flavor. The fettuccine alfredo was creamy and almost completely flavorless. The chicken parmasean was hand breaded and surprisingly good compared to everything else that we had.
Italian salad was good. Our zucchini spears came with the red sauce which was a bummer as we just did not like it it at all. Our waitress brought us some Bleu cheese type sauce that we used to dip them since they do not carry ranch. The zucchini themselves need a little salt.
My lady picked at her food before giving up completely. Picture added of a whole plate of food being left at the table when we were done.
The reason for the two stars? Our waitress was awesome. Friendly and truly cared and listened to her customers. An absolute gem in the world nowadays! I hope the owners are taking good care of her and she is being recognized for her efforts!
Just skip this place and go to olive garden. Trust me.

Great service from Nichole! Holy cow. Didn’t know what to expect in such a small town but loved every minute of it. Every member of the staff was gracious and kind. Atmosphere was energetic.
Food was amazing! Huge portions and I couldn’t finish. Had the tour of Italy. 5/5. Toasted ravioli. Salad was great and they know how to make an Arnold Palmer! I’ll for sure be coming back next time I’m passing through.

Great food and atmosphere. Staff was extremely helpful and assisted with menu questions relating to my food intolerances.

Definitely try the Creamy Pesto sauce if you are like me and can’t eat red sauces or spices. Very mild sauce that did not give me any issues. Breadsticks are amazing as well.

I ordered 2 salads which were good. I don’t know what the dressing was but it was good too. Spinach and artichoke dip was good except the chips were overcooked for me. The marinara sauce on my spaghetti was ok except it had a spicy flavor and a little sweet taste to it. However, the Alfredo sauce was good. I enjoyed the zucchini pieces and broccoli hat was in the sauce.

We just moved to Topeka….Our first visit was excellent! The server was very attentive, the food came out fast, and everything was really delicious! We enjoyed the large salad bowl brought to the table and hot breadsticks! The salad reminded us of Olive Garden, which was great! The Alfredo sauce is homemade, not from a jar. The lasagna was so cheesy, and very flavorful! I ordered the chicken Marsala w/ fettuccini alfredo. We appreciated the light breading on the chicken breast dishes! My husband had the Taste of Italy/Tour of Italy. We even had dessert, chocolate layer cake and cannoli. Our favorite was the cannoli. Next time we’ll try the tiramisu! All I know is our visit was fantastic, and the food was rich and delicious! We will definitely return!!

This place is always amazing. We stop every tine we go through Topeka and it is always delicious. They have great service and are very attentive. We just went a few weeks ago and enjoyed a nice Christmas ambience and had an awesome time. Paisano’s is so much better than the big chain alternative. They knock it out of the park- every time. We can’t wait to go back and get more of the Lotsa Salad, Lotsa Breadsticks! Yum!!!!!!
