Came through the drive thru on Thanksgiving day, visiting from out of state. The young lady in the drive-thru was SO sweet, efficient, and cheerful. The food was very fresh and hot. Fast service with a smile, even when they were working on a holiday.
We shared a perfect little picnic nearby on Biloxi beach and it held us over until our turkey dinner later n the evening.

The absolute worst McDonald’s experience in my life. First I was bombarded by unhoused persons in the parking lot begging for money. Once inside, I ordered and paid at the kiosk for a dine-in meal. I looked for a clean table, but settled for the least dirty one. I listened to a homeless person tell his story to a patron who purchased his food. When I picked my order up from the counter, EVERYTHING was cold, except the drink. The fish filet was thrown together and the fries were cold and stale. The extra tartar was beside the sandwich instead of on it! So very disappointed.

Literally just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to be talked to rude because they have a big order. Asked for fresh hot food and at least a complimentary drink since we had to wait so long, the rudeness, and still have to be pulled around to wait on food due to the big order. Was told we can’t give you a drink. So we asked for some water they gave one cup of water for us to share.
I sworn I would never come back here after the last time years ago. You would think after 3 years this place would have changed. Sadly it hasn’t. I will drive 10-15 mins away for food next time before we come back here when we visit.

When I first went to this McDonald’s location, I totally expected it to be just like the last few “not-so-great” experiences I’ve had at different locations, but I was surprised with how fast my order was taken, the friendliness of the staff, hardly any wait in the drive thru and the one tiny issue that we had was handled immediately by the manager, Savannah, who could not have been nicer. Will definitely be going to that location from now on.

Got the big breakfast with hotcakes no butter no syrup no plastic pork just the food. It’s a good thing that I’m a local had been someone from out of town staying at a motel where there’s no microwaves anymore. Me and my children wouldn’t even be eating this morning. get off the phone. Look at the bags. See if you got all the condiments that is needed. Do better it’s just condiments. How hard is that!!!????????

Food allergy safety was ignored and the General Manager Shay was extremely rude.
I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel with no steak due to food allergies and requested breakfast sauce. I confirmed this at the window. They still put steak on my sandwich and left off the sauce which is a serious food safety issue.
When I returned Shay rolled her eyes questioned why my order needed to be remade and treated me with open disrespect. She then instructed staff to give me a small drink instead of the large I paid for and falsely claimed that I drank most of it.
This was unprofessional unsafe and retaliatory behavior. Customers with food allergies should never be treated this way.
Corporate needs to address this immediately.

Came through at 4:30 on a Wednesday… SLOWEST SERVICE I’ve ever seen. The girl in the front was so incredibly rude and had an attitude. Please retrain your staff how to be a customer service oriented person.

I have ordered here many occasions and i try not too. My son loves happy meals so i try and make him happy. So any way this McDonald’s loves to let you pay for a full meal or a few and they will always short you. I ordered a burger meal, happy meal and 20 piece nugget today and they shorted on the large fry. I’m sick of it. It’s guaranteed 100% of the time the order is short. I have lost all faith in all McDonald’s but Eisenhower is by far the worst of them all. I hereby as of today never will spend a dime in any location and i hope this brings awareness that nobody else on the gulf coast does as well.

Ridiculous won’t go back.. Waited 20 minutes for my order because they couldn’t find the right box. I ordered cookies.. they were stupified about what box to use and then the manager and the staff laughing about making us wait.. Also had 3 other customers in line to complain about their orders while I was addressing my 20 minute wait.
Even when I called the corporate office they seemed more concerned about being out of boxes as opposed to making someone wait unnecessarily. Will go to other locations owned by other management from now on.
