The service at Starbucks St. Augustine Rd. Is exceptional. The staff are attentive and go beyond and above to assure we are satisfied. The staff is very tolerant of small alterations, the taste is consistent every time and they genuinely care about their guests. BRAVO!!! To Sam and his Team!!! Thank you Sam for making every visit enjoyable.

Twin they gave me a sandwich and a venti iced caramel latte. It took them bout 15 seconds to have a hot sandwich and good bev in my hands. Quick service the sandwich was good too.

I really enjoy the Starbucks right off of I 75. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Which I find important as I’m doing cross country travel. They had a good selection of Starbucks cups there. The staff Seems very friendly and nice. But be careful sometimes this location can be extremely extremely busy. It’s fine if you’re OK with waiting, but sometimes I have to find a different location down the road.

I got sidetracked at the grocery store and forgot that I had made a mobile order. A couple hours later, I remembered as I was passing this location. I went in to see if they still had my coffee, but it had been too long and they had to throw it away. They were very kind and remade my drink at no additional cost. It was very much appreciated for something that was my mistake.

The employees were very friendly during the service and the coffees were amazing. They behaved very professionally and friendly when I lost my card. They helped me and did their best to try to find it. I have to say that we come from Tampa because of Hurricane Milton and honestly among all the Starbucks I frequent, this is one of the most cordial and friendly. Recommended at 100 percent. Excellent team!
