If you’re heading to Wendy’s, you’re likely chasing the ultimate “salty-and-sweet” combo. Here is a quick breakdown of the heavy hitters on the menu right now:
1) The Bacon Cheeseburger (The Baconator & Friends) Wendy’s is widely considered the “King of Bacon” in the fast-food world for a reason. Unlike the thin, floppy bacon you find elsewhere, Wendy’s uses thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon that actually has a crunch. AND as of February 2026, keep an eye out for the Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger. It takes the classic quarter-pound patty and layers it with American cheese, three strips of bacon, and a literal cheddar cheese sauce for maximum “gooeyness.” It’s fantastic!
The Frosty is the undisputed legend of the menu—thicker than a milkshake but easier to eat than hard ice cream. You’ve gotta try the While Chocolate and Vanilla. Wendy’s has been leaning hard into its Frosty Fusions and Swirls. It is practically a legal requirement to dip your hot, salty fries into the Frosty. The temperature and flavor contrast is elite.

Got into line at drive thru at 10:55 pm. Received order at 11:33 pm. 2 employees were seen cleaning the dining room, 1 was taking out trash. It seems tasks could have been changed so service to the customers in line moved faster. We ordered 2 cobb salads. Hard to understand lady taking orders as she kept talking to coworkers with mic on and would state she was not talking to us. Order screen was not lit and hard to read menu in the dark. When we received our order, we asked for our receipt, but seemed to not hear us as she spoke to coworker so we repeated asking for receipt and gal yelled at us “just hold on”. We finally received the receipt and our food. It was fine, but napkins would have been nice as well as knives to cut the salad and full slices of bacon.

NO NOTES! Food was hot and fresh, and the sweet employees warned us multiple times to be careful since it’s hot. The customer service was awesome, my card was being slow and Le’anne was so nice, and just a great atmosphere. Food came out so fast, and they played killer music! Amazing Wendy’s!!!

If you want fast friendly service, don’t go here. At around 3:50pm on 12/29/25 we went to this location. Not only were we not greeted upon walk in. We also were ignored while standing in line waiting to order. Another customer walked in and they immediately checked on them even though we were there first. We will not be back.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, and no one ever took our order . Sooo we went inside and there’s a line wrapped outside and a line wrapped inside. Stood in line for a other 30 mins then finally we were the next to order and we legit waited 15 minutes before asking hello can we order? I get it ..y’all are busy. But completely ignoring people in the drive thru …. As well as inside the. Having 3 people working on JUST fries alone???? What??!!! HEY HIGHER UPS YALL NEED TO COME ON DOWN TO THIS LOCATION AND PROPERLY TRAIN THESE WORKERS ON HOW TO KEEP THE FLOW GOING…. 3 PEEPS ON FRIES?????!!!!! REALLY???? UGH!!!! SUPER ANNOYED!!!!

No one ever answered the drive thru speaker, so I drove up to the window to tell them that I had a mobile order. My frostys were melted, then my burger was so dried out, the meat and part of the bun both, I barely got any fries. Not a great experience.

Local and have ate here my whole life. This Wendy’s has gone downhill so bad. Takes forever to get food, orders wrong and food cold. The last time I ate here they told me they were out of chicken for a chicken sandwich. Seems like they are trying their best to run customers off so they do less work, like Krystals in sevierville has done. And cannot understand lady at drive thru.

About to head home, decided to grab a quick burger and fries before hitting the road. Cashier was very friendly and talkative but food was terrible. We tried to eat the food since it was quite expensive and traffic was a pain to go back but none of us could finish the food. The burgers were cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The onions were so hard you couldn’t bite through them. The overall taste was terrible, like they had sat out for awhile. Fries were cold and stale. The only good thing were the nuggets because they had to make them fresh. I would not recommended this Wendy’s at all.

The customer service was horrible and gave so much attitude to us. I was trying to order and they kept acting like i was ordering the whole menu when i only ordered 4 meals. They did get the food right but my only complain was whoever was in the drive through and they gotta learn how to actually serve because you choose that job so actually do it. You can quit anytime you want so you choose to stay there if you hate your job then quit it’s not hard. i asked for 3 stars because they forgot it and she signed and she gave me the whole pack of straws with attitude like hello. anyways the other girl was nice and made our food right but the drive through girl needs to quit if she hate her job that much.

Went through the drive-thru at around 9pm. Finally made it out around 940pm. Ridiculously slow to say the least. The employees were super nice, though, thus the only reason for 2 stars. We only ordered 3 Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe burgers. They were made with SHREDDED lettuce!!! Since when does Wendy’s use shredded lettuce?!?!?!? We will not be eating here again and this is why I deleted the app. We’re done with Wendy’s.
