Rude manager. Sent my sandwich to the wrong location so I had to pay twice and now they are telling me I can’t get my money back I have to go up to the other location to talk to a manger. I can’t do that because I’m on the clock at my job.

This is for the Subway in Rochester Indiana on St. RD. 14. Got 2 steak subs today and we only get Spinach and olives on one sub and the other one has Lettuce and onions. I asked for extra Spinach and olives on the one and the manager said no we can’t do that because of food cost !! ( VERY RUDE !!! ) I said since when your motto is free veggies ???? I told her she even did it !! So she embarrassed me if front of everyone and I told her I wouldn’t be back !!! I will go across town if we want Subway !! Better off just make my own !! We had 7 pieces of Spinach and 6 little olives !!!! Sub was 90% bread !!! Won’t be going back !!! Sounds like Subway needs to do better !! At least train your managers properly!!!

The one in charge was very rude to the lady working! Berating her on front of me. He was acting very unprofessional! She was so sweet and keep a small smile on her face. But I’m sure she was very embarrassed. I won’t go back there, to witness anything like that again. He needs reprimanded for his behavior!!

Been there twice in the last week, not very good either time. Had to ask the lady to put on clean gloves to make our sandwiches, she had just been at the register ringing things up and came over ready to make our sandwiches with the same gloves, yuck!! Really used to be a very clean, well run store, not so much anymore.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had from a subway in ages. I did a mobile order which is always kind of iffy, but everything from right toppings to being wrapped well was right on the mark. They did a great job.

I ordered a foot long #6 aka the boss sandwich on italian herbs and cheese bread and initially received a 6” sandwich; things go south when I had to go there by bike since I don’t have a car almost 3 miles away and get a replacement sandwich with the wrong bread.

Everything tasted great, BUT…the menu specifically states a double portion of oven roasted chicken breast on each wrap. My wrap contained a single chicken breast. I don’t like paying the price of a footlong for the portion of a 6 inch. My husbands steak and cheese wrap was perfect though. We willl try again at a later time & rate again. Hopefully someone reads these & corrects this before then. We orderedvia App & couldn’t go in because of covid-19 lock down.
