Came to Napa Flats for the first time yesterday after looking up places in the area. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. It took a long time for my waitress to get my drink order, food order, and to be checked on afterwards. The biggest feedback I would have from my visit is dont make the customers wait that long to be served and checked on. I contemplated leaving before my waitress finally came to the table due to how long I was waiting, and I thought I was going to have to get up and get any help I needed.

I started with the crispy brussels which were good, and had added sweetness from apple and crunch from pecans I believe. The main course I got the truffle date pizza which I saw on Google. This was a really interesting experience from the savoriness from the prosciutto and sweetness from the dates. The dough looked and tasted great, and had good crispness to it. Another feedback I have is to ensure that the ingredients are spread throughout the pizza. The slice on the 3 o clock position only had onions, and the slices at the bottom only had ingredients at the tip of the pizza and not the back. I moved the toppings myself to cover the pizza, but would have been better presentation to spread the toppings over the course of the pizza. I also ordered a side of poblano Mac and cheese which honestly was not for me. For dessert I got the brownie and Gelato which was good. I didnt think I would like it without the flour, but once I kept eating it tasted good.

Another piece of feedback I have is that the only drinks listed in the menu were alcoholic. No mention of any tea, soft drinks, nothing. I ended up ordering a non-alcoholic Mule, but always a good thing to have all the drinks listed, especially for families that dont drink alcohol.

I dont live in the area, but I would be willing to give it another shot if my provided feedback was improved upon. I probably would not go back by myself, but if I had relatives that wanted to go out than this could be an option.

Won’t be long b/c what’s great doesn’t need too much selling. Pizza was top tier. Great crust with actual flavor, great toppings and cooked to perfection. Tomato salad was great. FRESH and great quality ingredients. For a change, I didn’t feel like I flushed money at a restaurant. When in the area, I’d love to return. Ate at the bar, bartenders were very attentive.

The truffle and date pizza is a must! I’m knocking off a star for the atmosphere due to there being a boat load of flies in the patio area. I killed at least 8! The food here is really good and the staff were wonderful. We can’t wait to come back and try some more items from off of the menu. Also, the peppermint gelato is seasonal but sooo good so try it if you like peppermint. Napa flats is a Californian restaurant and a must in the College Station area.

Pro tip: Got a hat on? Lightly pop the flies and when they are on the ground stomp em’ out! Then rub your shoes in the grass. Don’t do it with a new hat. I will say that getting a table napkin works very well. Get a good tail end grip and go around popping all of the flies! Obviously, ask for a new napkin when your food comes out. Everybody will love you for killing all of the flies.

The food what absolutely fabulous, a usual. Our server was Trent N. He was awesome. He recommended the Redfish, and it was amazing. My wife had the Whitefish(her go-to) It’ll become a new go-to for me. I’ve always loved the Whitefish and the Lamb chops.

Such a great dining establishment. This one one of my sister’s favorite restaurants so we came here after her graduation. We really had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was very good. The restaurant is very cozy.

First time here and I absolutely was impressed! It’s so pretty and clean! We were greeted with a very welcoming and warm reception. Lots of options on the menu and we loved Lily! She was very educated on the food and even suggested a few things! She always had a smile on her face, and she was really funny too! Her customer service skills are definitely on point! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will be back again!

I used Grok to ask where to eat in College Station and this please came up with a good wine menu and comfortable atmosphere that won’t break the bank. They have a great menu selection for lunch and dinner and a great wait staff. Ask for Valeria to wait on you, her energy and positivity was phenomenal and her suggestion for dinner was helpful. 10/10, would travel from Houston to eat here again.

Valeria did a great job taking care of us, her recommendations made our night. Definitely try the bison burger. A great spot for wine, atmosphere, and food. Not loud even when it’s packed, music is Americana classic, classy but not pretentious atmosphere (American chic if that makes sense). If you don’t know what you want but you want to eat clean come here!

Colin was super attentive to our needs. We had a few special requests with our meal, and he took care of them. Our food came out quicker than we expected. Napa Flats is consistently delicious and is so satisfying.

The only thing that bothered us was how ridiculously cold it was in the restaurant. We went back out to our vehicle to get jackets.

Ordered a bison burger and honestly, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in Texas.
I paid $20 for a burger that was smaller than my hand, served with overcooked Lay’s chips.
For that price, the quality was shockingly bad.
P. Terry’s does a much better burger for a fraction of the cost.
Huge disappointment definitely not worth it.

That said, the servers were great — friendly and attentive!
