Pretty decent spot I went around lunch time and it wasn’t too busy. Got myself a steak burrito bowl with white rice pinto beans and doubled up on the stake. My boy Andrew got the quesadilla, not bad. Thank you chipotle for a great down in experience

Very nice and helpful staff. Tons of seating, but not tons of parking. Great portions. There is outside seating, but it’s not very spacious. Definitely a restaurant with midtown feel and budget friendly!

EDIT: they responded to this review telling me to contact them online. But I wonder if they even read my review because in my review I stated that I already contacted them online. I think it’s ridiculous that for a safety issue like this they can only offer a free Entree with a 30-day expiration. That puts the responsibility on me to use the coupon and go there again within that time frame, and does not compensate for their negligence. They’re basically giving me another thing I need to do in order to make it right. Not sure why they can’t just offer a refund so that I don’t have to put another thing on my to do list.
Went to Chipotle yesterday and was disgusted to find a piece of plastic in my food. :/ I reached out to the “Chipotle feedback” URL listed on my receipt and their way of making it right was to give me a coupon that expires in 30 days. This might have been an adequate response, IF there was no expiration. I feel like this is ridiculous – it was their bad, and the best they can do is give me a coupon that expires in 30 days??? If I don’t end up going there again in 30 days then I’m SOL I guess. Pretty frustrating- I feel like they should comp the meal or at least give me a coupon that doesn’t expire!! Putting an expiration date on it is like a slap in the face. This is probably the last time I will go to Chipotle.

Never order online at this place, I’m not blaming the workers, I’m blaming management because they are in charge of the workers. I put in an order for two bowls and two burritos and chips, the burritos were apparently cold, and my bowl at least was missing half of the stuff i ordered on it. I understand the workers have to skimp because of management but missing half of the stuff that comes with the bowl???? that’s ludicrous and unacceptable for a paying customer and its not like we didn’t tip and made a thankless job even more thankless. we tipped with the expectation we would at least get all of our toppings and of course we weren’t expecting it to be filled to the brim but we were expecting it to come with everything that we ordered, my bowl only came with chicken al pastor, rice, beans, and the queso blanco, none of the other stuff that I ordered that is supposed to come with the bowl. I hope management is able to shape up in the future and actually do their jobs properly. Basically never order online here management will just force the workers to skimp out on toppings and portions even more than usual.

Andrew, whatever your name is, Work on your customer skills. Dumping other ingredients to make up for the grilled vegetables is diabolic. When the customer call you out on that, you give me attitude. If you don’t like your job stay home. The girl on register also had attitude for asking her for fork. Learn to treat the people who pay you.

Great customer service! I ordered the crispy tacos with brown rice, sofritos, corn salsa, cheese and guacamole. Super delish, I was unaware the guacamole was extra, I think if the staff asks if I want guac they should follow up stating there’s an extra charge. But the tacos were super delish! I also ordered a large bag of chips only to find out it’s the same size of the regular size. As a side note I tried ordering online for the free guacamole on Feb 29 th but was unable to apply the code. Also, how can I order a large bag of chips online!!??
