This was the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant. Someone had defecated on the men’s urinal, which was extremely unsanitary. Management and employees should maintain proper restroom cleanliness. If the customer restroom is this dirty, it raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I cannot recommend this place. They should address this issue immediately before it is reported to the Department of Health.

We haven’t been there for a couple of months now, and as of today’s visit, we indeed won’t go back. Aubergine, chicken, shrimp, and wonton were all blant and cold. We were seated, and that was about it. No one bothered to ask for a refill, nor did they bother taking the finished plates off the table. No guest friendly environment at all made us hurry to finish our cold food and leave. I in the past always gave good tip, but definitely not today and we will not be back due to poor customer service and poorly heated food. If you like cold food….that’s your place.

Went at lunchtime. The place is very large, clean and very nice atmosphere. The food is hot, it was delicious and there is a lot to choose from. I think our waiter was Allen, he was great. Not our first time here, not our last either. For three adultsIt was 49.00 including two drinks.

Always good always a favorite plenty of food for all ages. I took my grandchild with me and she’s a very picky eater. That was a lot of things for her to eat like pizza and french fries and chicken wings. Things that she liked those also desserts that she liked and ice cream sothe bar has everything that you can imagine and so much bigger than all the other Chinese or Japanese restaurants it has a sushi bar. The hibachi grill is always fresh. I just love this place.

Never coming back serious hygiene and behavior issues
This restaurant was a huge disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the front staff was hostile and disrespectful. The woman at the front spoke loudly, cut us off, and told us not to repeat ourselves in a very rude and aggressive way. This is not how customers should ever be treated.
What made the experience worse was the staff’s reaction afterward. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they seemed indifferent and even amused, as if customer concerns meant nothing to them.
The cleanliness of the buffet was honestly alarming. The floor was dirty, the serving utensils were sticky, and we witnessed food being mishandled instead of thrown away. This created a serious feeling of unsanitary conditions and potential health risks.
Between the poor treatment and the lack of hygiene, this place does not meet basic standards. I would strongly advise people to think twice before eating here.

Great buffet selection with excellent food. Be careful when ordering hot tea for the table tho. We ordered hot tea for the table and they brought five teas out, (normally they bring out five cups with a pot of tea). it wasn’t until I received the bill and I seen they charged $2.95 per tea. They also do not honer military as they wouldn’t give a military discount.

The food was really good, the hostess was unnecessarily rude. I thought she was having a bad day, but reading the other reviews this is an ongoing issue. I hope management is reading this and taking this into consideration because she’s ruining everyone’s experience with her horrible attitude.

Large selection to choose from. Plenty of non-oriental food options for kids. Food is good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but nothing to complain about. Pricy, though. Be ready to pay for access to all that food variety. Which is indeed fantastic in selection

The food looks good, but sadly, it all tasted the same. It was all overdone, and it was all rubbery. The server took my sister‘s plate away before she was done. She was actually eating off of it when the server grabbed it. We felt rushed. The decor was pretty.

First, it’s a BUFFET so not ‘expensive made food’ and yet still for the price (lunch or dinner) it is still amazing.

It is good food, and it can get crowded so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking for a buffet with a big selection of sushi made right there in house this is the place.
