My kids grilled cheese is PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! As a 4th grader, I dont expect much until NOW! The bread perfectly toasted, the cheese perfectly melted, and the slight crunch, oohhh its PERFECTO! The Culver’s Root beer is GREAT! Like… SO GOOD! It tastes like heaven on my lounge! It was a cold day on Feb 21 2026 and this made me warm. 100/10 since I am a child using my school account, I bet your kids will love this combo! Get the frozen Custard too! It’s way to good!

Whenever I think about my favorite fast casual burger, Culver’s always comes to mind! That’s not an easy spot to take in my book, as there are many great fast casual burgers. I’m so happy that I have a Culver’s location right down the street from my home. The burgers are always juicy, with fresh vegetables, and a pillowy soft bun. My go to is the Culver’s Double Deluxe!

Two years ago I wrote a 5Star review. Today I am sadly reporting that when I go to Culver’s after 7pm- it is a joke. This time, my 10yr old and I got food poisoning. I am still recovering. I had to miss work yesterday. My director is a Nurse Practitioner so I couldn’t come in until I didn’t vomit for 24hrs. My son and I both had burgers Saturday about 8pm. He woke up crying bloody murder the next morning saying his stomach hurt. I felt a little queasy but not alarmed. The day goes on and by 5pm ..I am no good. Vomiting, sweating, chills, stomach cramps. The whole shabang. My son felt better after relieving himself earlier that day but it’s Tuesday and I am still feeling the discomfort. I had to miss work y’day. Ambulance ride costs so much and I was too weak for hospital…plus food poisoning has to run its course. Just please have the same care during night shift as you do day shift. It’s literally night and day there based on the time. My side salad that cucumbers were bad and some lettuce began to turn. Please do better for someone else gets sick.

Fantastic restaurant! Not the fastest fast food chain if you’re in a huge rush but that’s because everything’s cooked completely fresh as opposed to most other fast food places where they just heat up the food. 10/10 incredible service and friendly staff

I never do this, but I frequently have visited this Culver’s since it’s 15 minutes from my work office. For the third time, I’ve now had food forgotten when I get it for myself and colleagues. Causing me to waste 30 minutes of my time to go back. All I just got was a lousy, sorry, and the forgotten food. We will never give this Culver’s our business again. Horrible service and no respect for people’s time.

My oreo concrete was not made the way I asked and paid for, it was soupy mostly all ice cream 2 pieces of oreos not thick like I asked i paid for extra extra oreos. I was very disappointed and I also put in a complaint.

Thankful to have dine-in seating. I love Culver’s, and this was my first time to this particular Culver’s. This place didn’t meet my expectations for a Culver’s. Fries weren’t hot, and also no ketchup was brought out with my food. (I had mentioned to cashier, after paying for my order, that I’d like ketchup for the fries. Ketchup dispenser not available in lobby or dining area due to pandemic). For the cheeseburger, I ordered it with grilled onions and a side of BBQ sauce (Culver’s has fantastic BBQ sauce). Burger had this, but also had lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo (which should not have been on it). There must have been a mess-up in the kitchen. I also believe my (kids meal) burger was bigger than it should have been (but that’s not a problem to me). I understand food is prepared after I order, but this took an unusually long time for an 8pm visit. I was the only customer in dining room when I sat down at table.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to. We went to eat here. I ordered the Cod sandwich and let me tell you. It was not even good the bread was so hard and the lettuce was wilted and was turning brown. I didn’t even eat it and there was no supervisor walking around to see if everything was alright. The lines were long so I was not about to go back into the line and ask for a fresh one not knowing what they would do, so here I am. Picture say a thousand words.
