This is our ” go to” for all things seafood. They are hopping busy most of the time so there is a wait . But worth it ! The staff is friendly and charming. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The ribs are fantastic. Perch and cod sandwiches are delicious , especially for lunch. Smoked salmon platter is excellent. Calamari is hit or miss but this last time was excellent. French fries are hit or miss but last time very good. Chowder is great but sometimes it’s runny, sometimes thick. Still taste great regardless. Fried shrimp is excellent.

Fantastic experience! The food was great. I had the clam chowder (don’t sleep on this) and the white fish, fresh caught. Both were delicious. I loved the homemade fresh bread they brought to the table and loved how they made their tartar sauce in house.
Our server, Izzy, was fantastic and the manager even stopped by to check on us. We were greeted by live music from a man playing saxophone, who later switched to keys. We had a view of the water.
This place was recommended to me over a year before, my only regret is not coming sooner!

Good selection of seafood and fish. Located near the river with great views. Would be even better in the summer with the garage doors open to get a breeze. Decor is nautical/lake based, with some Michigan stuff too.

I had very high expectations for this place. I’ve been told by my sister that it was amazing and they go every time they’re in Marine city. It was OK overall and this is why. The fish was very good and I would highly recommend it. We waited for about 15 minutes before a waiter served us. The bread was microwaved and not very good and chewy. The clam chowder was very liquidy and served warm. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from a package. The service was good once we got served. I would come back here to give them another try because I really enjoy the fish. I’d give this place 3.5 stars.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but hoping someone within the business will take note. This place used to be one of our favorites all the time, but sadly it is struggling with inconsistency for awhile now! Last 2 times in, separated by 4 months apart due to poor quality, perch was fantastic, but whoaaaa to the non-fish eater who wants chicken. The coconut chicken has been a disaster both times, with being either way overcooked on the outside and the inside so that the chicken was dried out, or the coconut breading being burnt to ash on the outside to the point it tasted and left a burnt flavor in the mouth and was crumbling to ash in your fingers. Not sure why it ever left the kitchen, looks like it got forgotten in the cooking process. No coconut even visible after the charring. Couldn’t eat the chicken meal at all either time. Was told they were having fryer issues for a “few weeks”, yet the fried perch was perfectly cooked. Something else is wrong that hopefully management will investigate and pay attention too!
It’s been a great meal for a very long time…years…so what’s changed is the question?!
The server was amazing, as usual though!!!!
Just beware things have become hit or miss very sadly!

Great place to stop for food in Marine City. Good view of the St Clair river. Has clear glass sliding doors that can open during the summer. Looks like upper deck dining also during the summer. Had the cedar plank white fish with green beans and clamp chowder on one location and the lake purch with beef barley soup and fries. Both were excellent. Will visit again in the summer.

Great service, incredible staff! Decorations were so fun! The food was really splendid. Ok, one of us had a burger, and that was great too. Perfectly prepared. The Mahi Mahi was super delicious. The kids meal fish was devoured by a 6 yr old who couldn’t get enough. Loved this place, highly recommend!

Poor service waited 30 minutes to be seated at 3pm there were 16 patrons in the entire place. We ordered feta bread as an appetizer as we always do but this time there was about 2 tablespoons of pesto thrown on top. My wife ordered walleye and I had perch fish was good. I ordered fries which came out limp half cooked and soaked in oil. I ask for new fries that was no problem but didn’t get them for about 20 minutes after I finished my perch. We used to drive 45 minutes each way to come here we always enjoyed it so much. never again really not worth that much effort anymore. Many other good fish places around.
Wonder what happened used to be so good

My wife and I went here last Thursday for dinner. They had an all you can eat perch dinner special that we both ordered. The perch was cooked perfectly, the coleslaw and French fries very tasty. Beyond the great food was the excellent, attentive service from Isabel(a)? She was friendly and efficient. It was a wonderful dining experience.

The food was amazing!! The clam chowder was the best I ever had. DELICIOUS! My wife had the chicken and rice soup. Another amazing soup. We were here on 3.8.25 for dinner. My wife had fired walleye with panko bread crumbs and mash potatoes for dinner, and I had the Italian Fisherman pasta dish. Amazing flavors. Our food came with a nice side of bread and butter. Prices were very reasonable, not too high in prices. HIGHLY!! Recommend this restaurant. Already a very busy and popular place.
