WOW, just wow Brittany & Chandra are the best! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate Valentine’s day/our 4yr anniversary and we loved every second of it. We had one of the best dining experiences, ever. As someone who eats at all types of restaurants for every occasion I can say I have never felt more welcomed or valued as a customer. I walked in and they immediately acknowledged our anniversary that I added to the open table reservation. ❤️ We have paid $300+ for birthday dinners where our servers/hosts never even acknowledged the occasion we were celebrating. Our food was hot and fresh, we shared laughs with the workers, and there was even a photo op set up! ALL of the ladies working up front were so warm, kind, and caring (there was one other I cannot remember her name). It was truly a night we will never forget!

This White Castle was extremely dirty and overcrowded. The floors, tables, and counters were a mess, and staff didn’t make any effort to clean or keep the area maintained. It felt chaotic and unsanitary the entire time. Definitely needs better cleanliness and management.

for something hot and quick this is steps away from the Indianapolis Greyhound Bus Station so very convenient for us traveling from Chicago
$1.02 regular price for original sliders as of 10/8/25 yes it’s more than the past but still for something small and hot it’s still a fine deal
when we arrived the employee mistaken our 6 original sliders for 6 jalapeño cheese sliders at $1.22 so while it wasn’t intended we still ate
sliders came out hot and took at most 5 minutes from ordering, though not too busy 11am on a Wednesday
staff were super friendly with some regulars present, so while there may be some homeless or wandering individuals we were fine keeping to ourselves dining in

Wishing I had of went to the pub instead but I had to make sure I caught my bus that was leaving in 30mins. I was approached by a guy named Kalib who slid a receipt that was on a pile they were keeping on the counter, and said do this survey and you can get two sliders free. I had placed my order for 6 sliders already and, me wanting to help my fellow people out I did the survey for him. Now mind you I wanted 2 impossible, 2 chicken deluxe and a fish slider. After completing the survey I went to place my order again and pay for my others. I was given 2 impossible and 1 deluxe and 1 fish. The fish was good and hot. Those impossible were horrible and very dry. Nothing on them but 2 pickles. The fish had a piece of cheese on it and the chicken was cold but it had the lettuce and tomato on it. No sauce of any kind on either of them, so it was difficult to swallow. I will say they did more playing back there than paying attention to detail and the customers. I don’t think I’ll eat White Castle again. It’s been over 11 years since I was in this exact location heading to work again, and of o find myself back here again I’ll starve before I spend anymore $$ here. Crazy part about the receipt is I ended up with a survey receipt after I paid, but I’ll be passing it along.

The place feels really weird, kind of disturbing almost like if it is haunted or something, the food was a little wet I think it shouldn’t be like that so it’s really disgusting eating it, don’t recommended it I don’t know how are that many White Castles on the US.

We had fun doing the Valentine’s Day event at White Castle. The staff was awesome and it was a family fun time getting reservations and table service with our special slider menus! This will be a fun story for a long time.

Placed an online order for pickup sent my husband to pick it up. When he requested sauces the young lady working drive thru proceeded to hand him a hand-full of sauces. He’s asked if she could please put them in a bag and her response what “REALLY!?!?”. I have worked in the food industry for 20 plus years and this is unacceptable. I get it…it’s been a long day or a bad day..but there’s some stuff you keep in your head and NOT say out loud..ESPECIALLY if you work in an industry where you deal with people all day. Very UNprofessional.

Stopped in for some food after a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. The place was totally swamped with concert goers and the staff had a hard time keeping up with everyone. They did a good enough job though! Given its location, I wish they had a second soda machines and a few more workers on the weekends.
