i guess it’s average the best thing is the drinks just maybe order food and other stuff before 2 because everything is stale and the premade bacon is very beef jerkey like. good place for donuts but don’t go after 2-3.

Husband went to pickup our coffee, order my drink, a Cookie Butter CLOUD Cold Brew with almond milk. Now if you don’t know the CLOUD lattes & cold brews are supposed to come with cold foam. They did not add the cold brew until after they tried to argue with my husband about it. Also no almond milk. His drink was supposed to be with almond milk and they made it with oatmilk, and the woman at the window continued to argue with him about what he ordered. I’m sorry but if i’m paying $7-8 for a coffee I don’t want to argue with the person at the window about what I ordered, I also want want what I ordered. No reason to be arguing with a customer over something that is such an easy fix.

This location can be hit or miss, depending on the time of day. Sometimes they have limited availability on the type of doughnuts, but what really annoyed me was this past weekend I went there for a few glazed doughnuts and they did not have any doughnuts…period. You have ONE job, making doughnuts, how in the hell do you run out of doughnuts? That’s like McDonalds running out of hamburgers or Big Mac’s.

This dunkin was good for a month. They made good quality food and then just started following other dunkin bad habits of laziness. I asked them for toasted croissants and they didn’t toasted just like other dunkin and when I asked them again they got mad and over toasted it. I mean burned it. I am so disappointed. We have been coming here since this dunkin opened and the customer service and food is the best compared to other dunkins. The workers are always so nice and attentive and have never gotten my order wrong. I highly recommend this dunkin.

I’m from the Pocono area. At our dunkins our drive thru lines are always long. Not always convenient, my point is we love Dunkin. After moving here i guess my expectations were a little high. My Dunkin experiences have been trash. The quality of the food is no good. It’s always made lazily. No effort. I don’t know what’s going on with the coffee either. It taste burnt every single time. They need to get it together. I will no longer be wasting my time or money at any Dunkin in this area. It’s a shame because I do enjoy Dunkin when it’s done right.

One employee on the drive-thru doing 3 or 4 person job and that reflects on the item you get from what you ordered. I ordered 1 veggie egg bites, but they gave me bacon and cheese bites. The other order i ordered is egg and cheese on the multigrain bagel kind of dry, and the bagel is burnt.
Hopefully, the franchisee or the corporate whoever owned the store should stop cutting staffing during peak hours. Employees are struggling to accommodate the rush.
This place is a classic example of business greed. Went here today becuase its close to my work, ordered multigrain bagle with veggie cream cheese and a small coffee with a shot of espresso with 2 creamer and 5 sugar on the side, I left the drive thru without checking the items and I found egg and cheese instead of veggie cheese and the coffee has too much cream and sugar. Since I dont eat eggs this month I had to trash the sandwich and drank half cup of coffee before discarding it. Its not the employees issue its the business owner who failed to understand the pressure employees go through, if they are sincere they hire more people to handle the rush. I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been really good. I have limited my coffee intake but I deserved a treat. I stopped by the new Dunkin Donuts location for a frozen coffee and saw that they have a s’mores flavor. Great service and the drink was sooo delicious. Just right for a blazing hot day!
