This is an American Icon. The classic slider. But the young man at the register needs some isolation as it is necessary to yell your order. He will confirm three times before getting it right. He was very polite, but perhaps the counter noise behind him is difficult to hear over. The fries were overcooked and devoid of salt like you’re on a low sodium diet, and even when you tell them you are dining in, instead of being given your food on a tray, it is shoved in bags. The entire experience leaves you disappointed because it seems they are not listening. From having to repeat your order three times to eat in dining being shoved in a bag, it’s like they are on autopilot and are not listening to you.
If this is something you want to eat, go through the drive through. The eat in experience is disappointing.

The very BEST White Castle in thr USA.
The manager was very detailed, very pro active with the staff. They ran the business like a professional Race car team.
Everyone made each moment a memory. And the Burgers were perfect Better than any I had all over the USA.
If you are feom detroit this is a must visit, just to see how well the crew runs.
1000/10 ill be coming to eat here everu visit to Detroit.

I was very happy with my meal as I always am when I attend a white castle.
I was heading back with my wife to Canada where there are no white castles so I had to make a stop and get some sliders and clam strips!
The store was very clean, the staff were very polite and eager to help.
Very happy with my stop and hopefully I can make that stop again next time I’m out of town.

White Castle has been remained consistent with their quality of food throughout the years. Everything is always fresh, never looks sloppy, and their customer service has also been consistently superb. A lot of places started charging when the pandemic happened, but White Castle stayed the same and hasn’t cut any corners. This is also probably the cleanest fast food place around downriver.

I ordered the fried clams, fish sliders, chicken and waffle sandwich. breakfast all day the fried egg is a real egg they toast your bread with cheese and sausage only bout 3 bucks such a deal. 1st time here. Burger 1921 slider has a small sliced tomato which was fresh and small lettuce it was adorable

Visited #WhiteCastle for the first time. Founded in 1921 as the first fast food hamburger chain in the world. Harold and Kumar also brought recognition to this chain. Of course I had to finally experience it when I had a chance in Detroit. This location was very quick, clean, and patient with our virgin visit. My husband and I decided to share a 10 sack of #Sliders #TheOriginalSlider for my husband since he doesn’t like cheese on his burgers. The sliders are made with 100% beef, steam grilled on a bed of onions and served with a slice of pickle on their signature bun. He of course gave me the pickle which I appreciated. I went with the #CheeseSlider which is like the The Original Slider made with 100% beef, steam grilled on a bed of onions but topped with a slice of American cheese. We both enjoyed the sliders, loved the grilled onions, and it was nice to taste history. With our sliders we enjoyed #FrenchFries Classic crinkle cut fries, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For Beverage we enjoyed using their freestyle fountain drinks to get ginger ale and red cream soda. Of course I had to get creative with the packaging the sliders came in and create a fun sculpture. Orange box for the cheese sliders, blue box for the Original Sliders. All in all a wonderful end to the day at the iconic White Castle.
