This was about a 10 minute walk from our Carolina Beach condo rental at Sands V. Very easy to get to if you’re staying anywhere on the oceanfront.
We had a full moon the night we ate here so the atmosphere was perfect. I didn’t care for my lemonade or mahi sandwich, but my wife’s fish tacos were great. And the fries were perfect. Also liked my son’s chicken tenders — really easy to share.
The best views will be from the Tiki Bar. But anywhere on the deck is perfect.

I ordered the Calabash platter with flounder, shrimp, fries, coleslaw, and hushpuppies. The shrimp and fish were nicely battered, though the fish could have used a touch more seasoning. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned, while the hushpuppies were a bit dry and lacking flavor. The coleslaw and cocktail sauce both had a pleasant kick from the horseradish, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a tasty and satisfying dish.
For dessert, I tried the hot fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream. The brownie itself was a little stiff and only lukewarm, which took away from the experience.
Service, however, was excellent—the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our party of 12 was comfortably seated by the accommodating and efficient staff, who managed to get all our orders right. The kids’ menu was basic, but the fries were so good they stole the show! My shrimp roll sandwich and my wife’s crab cake sandwich were both absolutely delicious and served wonderfully hot. I only wish I’d remembered to capture a good shot of that amazing shrimp roll before it was gone!

Actually the night was pleasant not that cold sitting on the deck it’s self service which is a OK , I’m still searching for the shrimp in the cocktail, the wedge salad was terrific, the shrimp roll was a OK the crab sandwich was disappointing, mai tai , shrug of shoulders

Great spot to enjoy lunch or dinner on a pier. The tiki bar is super cute and on the pier. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. Good fish options, kids food, and grear views. There is free parking across the street from the hotel.

The ideal spot in Carolina Beach for food and drinks! The venue boasts fantastic outdoor seating with a superb bar right on the beach. Ample parking is available, complimentary for 2 hours for patrons—simply obtain a code from the host. I opted for the PEEL + EAT SHRIMP and was delighted by the generous portion size—truly some of the best shrimp I’ve had! They also offer a selection of excellent cocktails. Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior from the parking area; once inside, you’re treated to a stunning sea view. Highly recommended!

Great location, not mentioned much is the great 2nd floor of the main restaurant. The view is great, AC works wonderful. Food, decent, but your paying a premium due to location. Service was awesome.

Had a pretty odd visit. We arrived and because of “licensing issues” they weren’t serving alcohol. I just felt like it was an odd thing to be informed of when you first walk in.
We were sat quickly. Received our drinks in a fair amount of time. We ordered the shrimp toast as app. Tho I thought the portion size was small it was packed with flavor. Didn’t see our waitress again till the food came out. I ordered the blackened mahi mahi which was delicious, my wife ordered a shrimp roll, and my mother in law ordered a burger.
My mother in law had requested her burger well done. When she bit in to it was definitely close to medium. She told our waitress Jenny of the issue and Jenny offered to make a new one or get her something else.
We were all little surprised when the bills came and she left the uneaten burger on the bill. Between that and lack of refills 1 star. Just bad service. Food was pretty good just overpriced.
