Great food and amazing service! Laurie C. was an excellent waitress. She was kind and very attentive, anticipating our needs beforehand! The food was delicious. We had the new Mariner’s boil and the classic Parrot Isle Shrimp, both absolutely delicious!

We live around the corner from the Red Lobster at I10 & 1604. We go a few times a month…the main draw for us is the service, because it’s always exceptional! They are genuinely glad you’re there. Shout out to Kimberly and Laurie, who are our usual servers. Last time we were there, our server was Joel, who was also great. They are always spot on with their timing and have never had to go look for them and they’ve never gotten anything wrong. This is the first review I’ve done that the whole first paragraph is about wait staff!
Now the food…I know they’ve been around for decades, but the one thing we can count on is consistency. Everything they serve is cooked perfectly. The last visit we tried the lobster baked potato and it was delicious.
We don’t choose this restaurant for special occasions, but we love them for a nice, mid-week dinner where we know what we’ll be getting. The restaurant is always clean and the music is just the right level and vibe. They offer a military discount and also have good deals on their rewards app.

First time at this Red Lobster location and first time in five years eating again at this chain restaurant. Quality has definitely improved!

Seated immediately, pleasant booths, quiet atmosphere, felt spacious and unhurried. Joel, our excellent server, provided friendly, professional service, refilled drinks and was attentive to our needs. Food arrived hot and quickly. Large menu selection with fair prices for quality seafood selections. You can find relatively inexpensive options up to fairly expensive, so there’s something for most budgets. We decided to sample the bacon wrapped scallops which were large, with perfectly cooked smoky bacon, clam chowder and Caesar salad. The soup was creamy with chunks of clams and the salad was cold, crisp and nicely dressed with large croutons. We ordered the fried fish and shrimp with Cole slaw and the crab carbonara. The portion sizes were large and both selections were delicious. We also enjoyed the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Very enjoyable dinner experience, we will definitely return to this location. (Limited photos as we forgot until our entrees arrived, but everything looked very appetizing.)

Laurie was our waitress. Very attentive throughout our time there. Checking in constantly without hovering. Offered to hold off on the placing food order til salad was almost complete allowing us to enjoy every moment. Always offering to bring fresh bread when she noticed our basket had run low. Friendly and charismatic. Definitely making the trip worth it.
Caesar salad was fresh and evenly tossed. No piece was left unsauced. Cod sandwich was huge for the price and came out perfectly seasoned and hot. Will definitely be back and asking to be sat in Laurie’s section.

I specifically haven’t visited this location but I was around the area and I really wanted a boil. Our server Laurie was absolutely welcoming and a sweetheart, she provided information on the menu and the best service. Not only did our server provide service but the manager did as well, what a great experience 🙂

We were honestly a bit hesitant to visit Red Lobster after seeing so many mixed reviews on TikTok, but our experience completely exceeded our expectations — all thanks to our incredible server, Laurie!
From the moment we arrived, Laurie made us feel welcome and taken care of. She anticipated our every need, kept our drinks and those amazing cheddar bay biscuits coming nonstop (they were fresh and delicious!), and checked in on us just the right amount.
We ordered the lobster dip and two Mariner Boils with Cajun butter plus a side of parmesan garlic butter — and wow, everything was SO flavorful! The lobster was absolutely to die for, and the crab was juicy and loaded with garlicky goodness. We were genuinely impressed by both the food and the service.
Laurie made this lunch feel special and effortless. She truly deserves a raise! 17 years here at this location and it shows! We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be hoping to have Laurie as our server again.

My Wife and recently relocated from Chicago to San Antonio. She loves red lobster so we came to this location for the first time and I must say it was probably the best experience we’ve ever had at a red lobster. First, we were greeted with such a warm welcome at the door by a young African American lady who took us to our table. Our waiter was Fabulous! She took great care of us, she was very attentive to us answered all of our questions. The manager on duty came to our table and greeted us warmly and made sure we were being taken care of. Like I said we’ve been to a lot of red lobsters over the years but our experience at this location in San Antonio was by far the best.
