I left a complaint a month ago about a bad experience I had on my birthday – 12/3/25 – as I get the treat of going to my favorite restaurant every year for at long as I can remember and have always had an amazing experience which is why I hated to make a complaint. I wasn’t expecting anything at all in return and I HATE to complain. However- I was contacted extremely quickly by Scott the OP at Nashvilles West End location even though he was out of town. He was very attentive to my concern and stayed in touch with me after offering a chance to make it up to me. And boy did he ever. My wife and I had our 5 year anniversary on 1/3/26 and Scott made sure we had the best table, offered free items and even went so far as to go out and get flowers that I wanted to get representing the traditional 5 year anniversary for my wife. He, the staff- from the hostesses to the server to the kitchen staff- were unbelievably amazing. We were treated like royalty and of course the food was unbelievably amazing. It was truly the best dining experience that I/we have EVER had and that’s not an exaggeration at all. Again- I get bad about the complaint and was not expecting anything at all. Was just disappointed on my birthday. I cannot express how unbelievably grateful I am for the over the top treatment that we received. It wasn’t necessary or expected but every single person involved has my complete gratitude and I will absolutely continue to enjoy my favorite restaurant and not only for my birthday or special occasions. I will visit as often as I can as a return thank you and because I know that you care about every single one of your customers. So THANK YOU for caring and again a humongous THANK YOU to Scott and his entire staff for giving us an experience we will NEVER forget. You guys really outdid yourselves and it is not unnoticed or taken for granted. Thank you thank you thank you. …and give those people a raise if possible. Fingers crossed. Unfortunately, the overall food experience was disappointing.
The Singapore noodles were a disaster—poor flavor and not enjoyable at all. The fried rice didn’t taste freshly fried and lacked the expected wok flavor. The noodles with tofu were especially disappointing and probably the worst dish we tried.
On the positive side, Pepper Chicken was good and stood out compared to the rest. The appetizers were decent—the pork ribs and dynamite shrimp tasted good, but it was clear there was cost-cutting involved. The shrimp were very small and overwhelmed with a lot of salad on top.
The Pad Thai was just okay, nothing memorable. Bean sprouts were fine, and Buddha’s Feast was also average, but overall the dishes lacked consistency and flavor.
In summary, while a couple of items were acceptable, the noodles and rice dishes were disappointing, and for the price, the quality didn’t meet expectations. I don’t think I’d return based on this experience.

Really an amazing job by our server, Ellie. She was like a pro out there. Very kind and calm when taking orders. Food came out perfectly. The Chang Spicy Chicken was really good along with the house salad. And the “Great wall of Chocolate” was very very delicious.

It was during the recent Nashville ice storm that I ate at PF Chang’s. I needed to be in town early the next morning for a medical test so I stayed in a hotel & chose to have dinner there. I was grateful they had power & were open! Andrea was my server. (I did not realize she was also the bartender!) She took such good care of me! She was so kind and attentive! That’s saying a lot with staffing not being what it normally is. I liked Andrea personally and very much enjoyed having her as my server!

I have to remind myself of this new world we live. Higher prices for so much less. Staff was great, picked up a quick lunch special on the way to the office. This is what $16.45 gets you. Ice cold 5 minutes later and no better than panda with such a high price tag.

We had reservations at 8:00, there was no wait:) Brain was our server, he was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable about menu and an brought amazing energy to our dining experience. The egg drop soup and few pieces of broccoli were cold, but the flavors were great. I don’t know who the bartender is, but he/she makes an outstanding lemon drop!!!! We spoke with the manager about Brain and she was very pleasant.

Today my wonderful sistars and I decided to have a lunch date and meet at PF Changs. Upon arrival finding parking was not hard at all. (I was told it can get hectic) Once entering into the restaurant we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. A few of the ladies were already there so seating was already selected. Once I was seated I was greeted by our waiter Ethan (so welcoming and patient the whole time. We had a larger party (group of 11). But he ran this table the whole time all by himself. He didn’t miss a beat. Our drinks stayed fresh and topped off. He was back and forth to the kitchen getting something for one of us and he never lost his cool. The appetizers was so fresh and delicious I had the cucumber salad (yummy) it was so delicious and shareable as mentioned on the menu (I shared it with four people to taste and still left with some for home. Jeff the executive chef came over to our table a few times. He was asked about their vegan options and took no hesitation to explain how they are able to recreate whatever their customers need because everything is cooked fresh and made in house. Jeff gave us a few suggestions. Once our orders were placed he returned back out to ensure everything met our needs. That meant a lot to us to have the chef come out and make sure we were satisfied. I appreciate Jeff for that and it shows that he cares out what he serves his customers. While we were enjoying our food we received another surprise guess Scott. Now I don’t remember his role I just remember him coming over with a big smile and greeting us and also making sure everything was delicious and met our needs. So in conclusion if you made it this far. Sometime the Quality of food can be determined my the attitude (energy) of the people preparing or serving it. And if you can’t tell by this review how delicious the food was by the attitude and appreciation of the workers here at PF Changs I’ll say it now all of our food was delicious there were no complaints. I will be returning for round two very soon.

I had a late lunch here yesterday, and just wanted to leave some kudos. The food was delicious as always, and it really hit the spot since it’s been so cold out. The service was good but what really made it great was seeing the manager out in the dining room. I feel like a lot of places you go now, you’ll be lucky if you see a manager at all. Jasmine came and talked with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought me some more rice even though I had ordered the wrong one (I’m trying to switch to brown rice only). It was just such a nice touch to the meal, without being pushy or rushed. Great visit, thank you Jasmine!

I haven’t ate at P.F. Chang’s in years. I went to an event this past weekend and I was trying to find a nice sit down restaurant. My friend suggested P.F. Chang’s. I’m not super big on chain restaurants so I was leery at first. However the quality of the food shocked me. It was really good. I enjoyed everything except for the crispy green beans. I’ve had better at other places. Besides that I will definitely return in the near future.
