I went there for the first time and it was empty inside. I think people are too critical of Sonic. I paid $6 for a meal and content with the food I received. It’s far from being the best burger place out there, but they are comparable to Cook Out.

We really love the food and drinks at Sonic. There’s no place else like it! This was our first time visiting this location and they actually have inside seating if you don’t want to order from your vehicle.
I really love that they had a “special” drink menu with so many different flavors of drinks to choose from. Such a great idea to have the sign outside for visitors to try something new.
The food came out very quickly and the staff was friendly. My order got messed up twice, but they finally ended up making it correctly after the 3rd try which is why I’m knocking my review down a star.

Overall a great place for a fast food joint. Their service was friendly and decently prompt. I will note that it is slower than a typical McDonald’s experience, but I didn’t find it all too bad. We enjoyed their food, all very hot and delicious! Their burgers were decently tasty and very large. I specifically recommend their chili cheese tater tots and the cherry limeade! **Note that about an hour or so before closing it’s DRIVE THRU ONLY!!**

We experienced terrible customer service at this Sonic. The employee had an obvious attitude while taking our order, which included three different burgers and a combo of chicken tenders with fries. We had to ask for ketchup, which wasn’t offered, and when we requested BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders, she said it would cost $0.25 plus tax. We paid because it was for our 4-year-old daughter, but who eats chicken tenders without sauce? Afterward, I called to clarify their sauce policy, and was told that they only charge for the second sauce upon request. This unnecessary hassle has ensured we will never return. Do better.

I hadn’t been to a Sonic in years and convinced my brother in law to go with me. We both were in awe of how good the hamburgers are. They are generously topped with FRESH ingredients (not rehydrated onions, etc).
It is the only fast food burger we will be having from now on.

PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT BY ANY COAST!! There are many food places around the area.
I am 100% sure this place has no manager on duty 2 times I been here, The staff are rude and act like they work for free or they think they are doing you a favor! The dining area is like ghost town, no one there and it’s not inviting to sit and enjoy your meal.
I hope the management at sonic will deeply
work on this specific location.

Everytime i come i wait nearly 30-40min for food. Customer service is at its absolute worst. If you ask for sauce you will get attitude. Nobody in the place seems welcoming or customer service worthy. Definitely need better management and training. Fast food means fast food! Sorry but this is a constant problem here.

This is my first time visiting this restaurant, and I had a different impression than what I saw inside. The food was very good, tasty, and piping hot. The person who took my order was very friendly and had a great attitude. I would return, but only for takeout. Eating inside is a disappointment: dirty tables, dirty floors, and the bathrooms are filthy. You have to ring a bell for the cashier to come and take your order.

I went to order a drink and as soon as i walked in i heard yelling and workers arguing in the kitchen. Had to wait 20 minutes just for my drink and during that the workers were still yelling at each other. And when i tried to leave the door was locked so i had to wait another 3 minutes for a worker to unlock it just to leave. The drink was good though.
