Nice drive thru and quick. But I Order two cups of mustard and this is what they give me. Really? At first when I started coming here they would give me enough. This is the 3rd time I get mustard like this. Why would someone want this little mustard AND OLD and crusty? Make sure to check the mustard cups before leaving.

So, I haven’t actually visited this place, but if smells were enough to eat then I basically have. My work has brought me to their parking lot for a few 811 locate tickets. I have eaten at other Cookouts before and it’s dang good food for a good price. If you find yourself hankering for food you could grill at your house and you ain’t at your house eto grill’em go to Cookout. You won’t be disappointed.

This particular Cookout location is genuinely THE WORST! I’m guilty of getting Cookout usually 2-3 times a week because I love their shakes. This location goes out of their way to make you feel like you’re an annoyance when placing your order. This is also the third time in a row that Iv asked for extra M&M’s in my shake only to not get any at all, well I counted 4 total… literally the third time in a row. This isn’t a mistake – it’s very clearly done on purpose – I can only imagine it’s because they hate working there.. I really don’t know as I’m always super kind and polite, but never end up with what I actually payed for!
You’re also lucky if your order is ever right and when it is more times than not (like the order I just placed) the amount you receive for your sides (when ordering a tray) is always less than any other location. Absolute last time I go to this location. I’m done wasting money having what I ordered sabotaged while feeling like I’m being an inconvenience to them.. Each. And. Every. Time. It’s interesting because I’v never dealt with any of this at Cookout’s Parkside location. Highly recommend making the extra 10 minute drive to avoid the bad vibes and purposeful mess ups on your order at this Cedar Bluff location. They don’t appear to hate their job at the one off Parkside the way they do here!!

The food is good. However, it seems like every time I go here they get our order wrong. I ordered a Reese’s Shake with some regular fries tonight. They never gave me the fries, and my sister’s bf also got fries but they gave him cheesy fries instead and he had to remind them that they were the wrong fries. And they gave me a strawberry shake instead of the Reese’s Shake and on the side of the cup it said “Reese’s Shake.” How can you not notice that mistake?

The food at Cook Out is always delicious and the value is tremendous! A burger, two elaborate sides, and a drink for $7.99 ?!? Try getting that anywhere else. And the food is made to order so it never sits and turns into hockey pucks. Try the Cajun Wrap as a side!

Usually would be 5 stars but I had to repeat my order at least 7 times due to the cashier could Not understand what I was asking, then when got the order it was missing several items. Was suppose to have 4 corn dogs had only 3 ordered Onion Rings and Cheese Bites both were Not there I had to go back in and reorder them they should have given them to me but i Paid for them. I was Very Frustrated when I left should have been an enjoyable meal. I told the manager I probably would Not be back. Had this problem a couple weeks back if they don’t fix this issue it’s going to Cost the company a lot people just won’t go back.
