We had great service today at Olive Garden in Waterloo, Iowa! Our food was very salty and one piece of my chicken was rubbery hence the 3 Stars. First less than 5 Star meal we have every had here. Everyone has a day like this I guess.

First time, I had eaten at olive garden in quite a while. The food was good, but it was not as good as I remember it being. The main reason for that is my breadsticks were not good. I’m not sure how it was soggy on one end and hard on the other. But I was definitely sad. I remember their breadsticks being absolutely fantastic. I’m hoping it was just an off day, or moment, because the rest of my food was good. In fact, the stuffed chicken marsala was delicious. Will update after the next time I go back.

Didn’t receive more breadsticks but meal was good. Waitress was very nice. The Atmosphere is the same as long as I can remember. Maybe some updating would be a nice change!

Always love the Zuppa Toscana. Nice big slices of potato, not mushy at all. And the Italian sausage had just the right kick of spice. Our server Jackie was extremely attentive. She treated us with love. All servers could take a lesson from Jackie. We’ll definitely be going back.

Went Saturday January 31st for a late lunch. Was never served a Salad waited almost an hour for our meal asked 3 times for our salad was never delivered. I think his name was Kevin commented that it was only his 2nd day. Brought us about 20 mints for no Salads. The food was good but disappointed in the service

The waitress was great and very pleasant! The food was great for what we received. The TV showing meals in the lobby needs to be updated. Some items are no longer on the menu. The good ol’ bait and switch on the chicken marsala fettuccini. The mens bathroom was flooding in the last stall and the other was being occupied by a guy listening to YouTube shorts.

Service is always great at this location, very great service from all servers and the manager even went around asking if everything was alright with every table. I love the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, I always come to this Olive Garden location because the food is cooked to perfection and the chicken is never dry. It’s a bit homier compared to Des Moines but the food and service are 100% better

Our waitress was rude. We waited 40 minutes after being seated to order. She told us she was new, and she didn’t realize all her tables were full. When she brought our salad, my plate was dirty. I asked for a clean plate and she very rudely said it was wasn’t dirty, it was just dressing from the bowl of salad. Once she delivered our pasta, she immediately asked if we were paying cash or card…nice. won’t be back.
