This used to be our go to Coney. Server blaming cooks for wrong food three times and I can’t help but wonder why she didn’t just check and look as it was in her hands on the way to the table.
Then she got an attitude with us after I had to point out the wrong items, twice to her. ( I let the first mistake go and just ate it) She sure treated her hubby and father properly at the table next to us but attitude towards us, all I did was place an order that came out wrong three times.
Place was not busy at all at dinner time and that explains why.

I come to this location pretty often. I’d say at least a few times a month and the girls up front are always nice and cheerful, but this morning something really bothered me. I was sitting down enjoying my breakfast and the manager in the kitchen (bigger gentlemen with glasses) I think he’s the main manager because he’s always there when I come in started yelling at one of the cooks pretty loud. The cook looked visibly upset and didn’t really say anything back to him almost like this is a regular occurrence here or something. I won’t be back because I won’t support an establishment who treats their employees the way I seen today.

This place has awful service. I don’t know what has changed. I will no longer be returning. I had to have an argument with the manager last time was here about a food item, I find that to be extremely unprofessional. It use to be a really good place food/service. The workers just don’t seem to care. I will go out of my way to go to another one

Everything was just.. meh.. I had a chicken hani with fry’s. The fry’s were mushy and the chicken on the sandwich was lukewarm. Also ordered 2 plain chili dogs for my dogs. Costs a little over $ 22 that was with out tip. I won’t eat there again.

We love coming here! Anne always takes the best care of us, she’s the absolute best. She has mine and my boyfriend’s order memorized, and she always gets any mistakes fixed right away! She makes our Sunday’s start so bright, wouldn’t want it any other way.

I ordered a ommlett with hash browns with cheese and chilli. It was missing the chilli. They forgot to give condiments and cream cheese for bagels. Overall, it was dislikeable because they forgot some stuff but the food wasn’t bad

I ordered delivery of a Coke , a chicken sandwich, order of onion rings and chicken noodle soup. they got the Coke and the sandwich correct, I got a less than a half of container of lemon rice soup which I did not order and onion rings that were so soggy they were soaking in cooking oil and we’re not really edible. I would take the extra time and a mile or two to drive to the Coney Island on 11 Mile and Gratiot where I have ordered before and they have never messed up my order. I don’t recommend anybody going to the grosbeck store

Amazing chili dogs and loose hamburgers that are local to the Detroit area! Every time I’m near home I have to stop in to enjoy some comfort food! I never leave hungry and still have money in my wallet! Need to check out if your visiting the Detroit area!
