McDonald’s has sky high prices. I bought my three grandkids a 10 piece nugget meal, nothing special order and it was almost $40. Insane. The drive thru staff are not friendly and always have a sour expression on their faces. I don’t go there very often. Only when I’m running behind and need a quick dinner for the kids. I do not recommend McDonald’s.

I ordered online for curbside and I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes, I’m sure the food will be cold if it ever gets here. The food is frequently cold, don’t always get what you ordered, coffee is terrible and they are very slow but it’s the only one in this part of town where I work.

The lady that brought the food out was rude. I said thank you so much her response mmmhhmmm. If you hate your job so bad find something better. The store was filthy, floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in months. Ill go to other locations going forward

My partner went inside to ask about a mobile order we had placed through the mobile app before 10:30am (10/8/25) and the lady cashier at the front (reluctlantly, did not get her name) counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. He just wanted to get our money back and she, with a horrible attitude said “What do you want us to do about it, you’ll get a refund” I just want to express how unprofessional that is. We will not be back at this location and I sincerely hope this lady gets humbled. You don’t talk to people like that.

Noone is in the front helping the customers. Every employee is in the back, only one or 2 of them come out to bring the food orders. There’s really not a good morning nor a how can I help you? They just yell out loud the orders and place them on their counter for people to get. Not much politeness or human interaction.

A good McDonald’s the employees were friendly. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but they didn’t have many people working the front for the lunch rush. Drive through was super busy.

Went to pick up a grub hub order and lady wouldn’t even acknowledge me at first. Young man was nice , but the girl was dismissive and rude. Didn’t want to be bothered bc I guess us drivers are not even worth common courtesy, much less professionalism. It gets old. We are required to input an estimated wait time on our app if food is not ready for pick up upon arrival. When I asked her about how long the wait would be, she dismissively said she didn’t know. … no please hold on and I’ll check, just kept walking right by me. It sure is a different world. At this point, I’m beginning to understand that not only is professionalism headband gone, but basic manners as well. When you can’t even get enough communication and cooperation to do tour job correctly it is frustrating.
