I went to place an order at the drive-thru, and two Brazilian employees were extremely rude, laughing at my order and speaking very poor English. I hadn’t even placed an order yet, and one of them came to the window and was even more disrespectful. Terrible customer service. Dunkin’ should hire more qualified and professional staff. Because of this experience, they’ve lost a customer who will never return.

Most of the time the coffee here is burnt and they do not put cold foam on any drinks that are advertised with cold foam unless you ask.. then you get a attitude

The drive thru is bad. 2 coffees, 2 donuts, and a muffin…they forgot 1 coffee, the other coffee had cream not milk (and was marked milk too), and they gave me 1 donut.

I’m went into Dunkin’s at 79 Andover St.Peabody I did on the go mobile order at 6:00 pm and they were cleaning the place, I said you closing.? They said in 30 min didn’t even have my order ready and said they were closing in 30 min which is 6:30pm. The website says open until 7 Pm

The 2 people working were having issues with the cash register. No big deal, I was being patient. What was an issue is 1. Wrong breakfast sandwich. Ordered bacon got sausage, 2. The hash browns which are usually good, was one pile of greasy mush. No way should that have been put out to a customer! They were not busy, no excuse. I took my order home, otherwise I would have brought it to their attention. I’ll stick with the Dunks on North St.

Being Sunday morning I thought I’d treat myself to something special for breakfast. An hour later here I am eating a cold sandwich, drinking cold coffee, writing this review… I had to return to the restaurant twice, for a total of three trips; and pay for the difference in their mistake, as well as explain the problem 20x.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. When I got home I noticed a sandwich was missing. So I went back to the store. Apparently I paid for only one sandwich, though I ordered 2/$6, not 1/$5. So I was asked to pay the difference of $.81. I didn’t have my wallet on my during this second trip, and was told to go home and get my wallet for the $.82.

I fetched my wallet, returned; explained the situation 5x more times, and was charged the $82. 5 minutes goes by, without my sandwich being ready; and then over walks this very stoic manager to just say you’re not getting a sandwich you didn’t pay for! All 6-8 employees in the restaurant had been there and were on board with what was happening, but her!? She then quickly asked to see a receipt, like she was ready to be quick with some certain further refusal. I showed her the receipt I had for the difference I’d just paid, and she again continued to refuse making the sandwich. I and 5 other employees then needed to clue her in to explain I’d paid for their error 10x more times.

By the time I got the sandwich I did not want to eat it for several reasons. First because there were customers in the restaurant when I returned the third time and went inside. They needed to hear all this 10-15x times over; I was embarrassed, nervous, and lost my appetite. Add that to the level of incompetence at play and I began to mistrust their ability to properly prepare food(.) And then at that it was the stoic lady finally relented and made the sandwich, but what exactly was she thinking I really liked or trusted about her, especially when then she handed me my sandwich with a smart look on her face!?

The dog did not get that sandwich! It hit the trash when I got home and became a huge waste of time, money, and good resources to start the week off with!

Went through the drive through, the staff obviously didn’t know whose order was whose even though there was only 3 people in line, and gave me my 3 and 3 coffee that was lukewarm, and had no sugar and creamer. Worse, the coffee was the worst coffee i’ve ever tasted, old and burned. Didn’t think to check before I left as I couldn’t imagine screwing up a simple cup of coffee, won’t make that mistake again

Professional team, everyone smiling and ready to help, service was prompt, everything seemed clean and well put together, unlike any Dunkin experience I’ve ever had, happy employees make for happy customers!
