Ordered online. Arrived 10 minutes after original estimate, and orders on app showed ready. Online order slips hadn’t even been pulled. 30 minutes later, sandwiches were ready. I understand stressing can be a big hindrance to timely service and it’s no fault of the employees. However, paid an extra $3.25 for double meat on steak and cheese, noted in order text instructions “Please make sure steak and cheese gets extra meat as paid for on order” because it seemed to get missed previously. And this is the result.

There’s less meat than I’ve ever seen for a normal amount of steak and cheese, let alone extra.

Called up and they offered two free subs, so I appreciate their follow up customer service. From 1 to 3 stars on Service.

The inside is small, no seats. The food is good. Fresh. The problem I had was the workers. Except for one young lady, Sarah. She was absolutely phenomenal. She did her best to take care of everyone. Fast. Polite. Happy and always smiling. She took the rude customers in stride. Never let them affect her ability to make amazing sandwiches. She has tue knowledge of people twice her age and knows her worth.

Would leave this place 0 stars if possible. worst subway ever. didnt get anything right on my orders, asked for a refund. only got half of the money I paid for and the management
isn’t existent. I went in, asked for a refund or the food to be made correctly. To then being threatened with calling the cops immediately after asking for these. After being mistreated for over an hour, I had to resolve this myself through doordash who couldn’t get my entire refund. Being in food service management and being treated this horribly is just a PSA for anyone wanting a family experience, or just to be treated like a human being when something gets messed up, you fix it. not blame it on your customers and threaten them.

We ordered on the app to pick up, no one told us we had to grab our own chips so we were disappointed when we got home.. we should have looked in the bag.. most places put the chips in there though. The guy seemed irritated. Bread was so toasted it was falling apart and I couldn’t chew the ends. The bacon I know is precooked but looked raw, it was gross. They apparently don’t care if you ask for extra of anything, even if you pay for extra bacon, waste your money. I don’t know the standard number of pepperonis for a salad but most places give us 10, we got 3 from this location. The quality is not worth the price.

sign on counter saying they won’t honor many subway coupons, including the one my family had. walked out. what good is it for subway to put out discounts when your local store won’t accept them. our family won’t be back.

I keep trying Subway hoping it will be good like I once remembered but it just isn’t. I think their bread is always stale. I’m officially done with subway. I always get curbside and that’s the only thing I appreciate about this specific store.

Ordered a meatball sub, it came with some sort of sweet teriyaki or chili ginger sauce on it. Tried to get the issue resolved – corporate says they can’t do anything and it’s up to the franchise owner. Franchise owner wont respond. Haven’t stepped foot in a Subway since. The quality and value of their subs have decreased over the years.

Update on 11/19/25. The footlong pepperoni and cheese dippers are gone. What a sad day. Those were yummy. They do have a thanksgiving sub sandwich, which looks delicious and if I make it back in time I definitely want to try. On this particular occasion I had the tuna sub with cheese. Can’t go wrong with that. It was very good. Parking still isn’t good but that’s still not their fault. The night time crew are very polite and good customer service. We usually go at night. There’s places to sit and you can sit until closing, which is nice. Prices are just like anywhere else, quality is good and prices are reasonable. I’m very particular how I like my sandwiches and I’ve never had any problems here, they have always done a great job. Thank you for the great service. As always we will be back.

I only gave it four stars due to parking, which isn’t there fault, it’s location of the building. It’s very tight quarters to get in and out. You can park on side of building too but agan still tight quarters to get in and out. Kids will love this place because not only do they make sandwiches but they have chips, cookies, footlong dippers, nachos with cheese and more snacky kind of food for kids. They are wheelchair friendly, there is room enough to put a wheelchair up to your table. Cost is just like anywhere you eat, you pay for the quality of food. They currently have footlong dippers for three dollars, it’s pretty filling, they also have footlong nacho boats that are only five dollars each and are delicious. They have a few tables you can sit at, it’s not a normal restaurant but they do have like six or seven tables you can eat at. View is boring, you stare at the street, but again not their fault. The bathroom is always clean, I can say that honestly, every time we go in I’ve never seen it dirty. They seem to maintain it well. They offer pepsi products and the soda has always tasted fresh and not wilted down. They accept debit/credit and cash, they have no atm.

Years ago they had a terrible crew at this location but we have started coming back here once a week and the current staff is so friendly. Alex is the best. No matter how busy it gets Alex always is smiling and making sure customers are happy. You should give them a raise, or hopefully some recognition, it’s hard in this economy to find actual “good” workers who actually make the effort to treat the customers well. The rest of the crew seems professional and nice as well, but we see Alex a lot when we come in. Thank you for getting this location back on track. This is one of my favorite places to go.

Overall, 4 stars! <3

I’ve had great experiences at this subway 9/10 times. Employees are friendly (I enjoy the folks staffed at this particular store more than any other sub place).

Just wanted to say how pleasant my experience was with the two workers I encountered today.
Manager Alex and gentlemen she was working with complimented each other really well. A true meaning of teamwork watching them.
