We love a good All You Can Eat Sushi spot. This place is definitely a cut above the existing place in Ladson. Although the price is higher, the quality of the food is much higher. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like. My favorite part is the Nigiri and Sashimi are included in the AYCE pricing. Be aware they will charge you a $1 for EACH piece of sushi left over. We stayed vigilant with how much food we were eating so we didn’t accrue extra charges. Do yourself a favor and try it out.

Sushi is FRESH dessert was DELICIOUS they also have ALL YOU CAN EAT HIBACHI! We will be coming back for sure. Come during the weekdays for no wait but expect a wait during the weekends and give them grace and understand they just opened a month ago and only have 2 amazing servers!

Been on the look out for a go to sushi spot since moving to Charleston and I think we finally found it here at Sumo All You Can Eat Sushi! The atmosphere was very clean and visually pleasing, dining feels private the way booths are set up. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The salmon was to die for! I am a huge fan of raw sushi and salmon is always hit or miss for me. My husband and I opted for all you can eat and we both ordered over the cost for dinner so definitely worth the money if you come hungry! It is not buffet style you order with a server until you are satisfied. You also have to option to order a la carte as well. Thanks again and we will definitely be back!

Wow. For a ayce sushi, this is one of the best spots. Sushi and sashimi was really fresh. Downside is its only 1 hr 30 min dine in. But overall, great food and price. Great service, Great Food.

Updating my review from our first attempt at visiting – we were able to try Sumo today. We got in just before 4 and it was basically empty. We were seated immediately and given our drinks quickly. The server was attentive and kept a close eye on our water. The food is fantastic for AYCE. Beats the others in the area by far. The rolls are quite literally HUGE and no joke, it felt like the rolls kept getting larger with each one we ordered. There is a time limit of an hour and a half but we were full long before that. Highly recommend this place over the other AYCE sushi places in the area.

This place was definitely an unexpected find. This is made to order, all you can eat. The sushi/ sashimi was by far my favorite. The quality is great. I know they just opened, but being right around the corner from Park Circle, I hope to see this place get busier.
