I’m a Starbucks lover and this has to be my favorite location. Every person I’ve interacted with has been the nicest ever. I’ve messed up orders myself a couple time and they’ve been wonderful with offering to help me fix it. (I’m not fully functional in the morning). On top of that, I swear they have the BEST baristas. Every drink is so perfectly made. So, go here. It awesome.

So not sure if there’s just confusion about the new customizations for the chai latte, or maybe the app just doesn’t have the recipe updated, but even before the changes took place my chai tea latte seemed to be missing the chai and the sweetener.. even though when ordering on the app if you don’t customize those it still shows 4 pumps of each so of course it won’t show up on the list of customizations.. so maybe there’s even just a new person at this location that isn’t understanding that you still make the base drink per the standard recipe but do the customizations listed, rather than just making it based solely on the customizations… seems like I’ll have to make extra time to go inside and try to figure out where the disconnect is cuz I’d really like to have my classic chai tea latte back

A hidden gem on W. Broad full of ugly strip malls and beaten down restaurants. Most Starbucks are lame and freezing. This one is exact opposite. It is so chill and the vibe is warm both decor and temperature. ( the AC isn’t on blast). The staff is super nice, friendly and music is good. Nice art and furniture. Make them all like this please.
