Subject: Disrespectful Behavior from Employee and Incorrect Double Avocado Charge

Hello,
I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had today at your location.
I politely asked to add avocado to my sandwich. The employee responded rudely and charged me for double avocado, even though I never requested that.
When I tried to clarify, the employee made an unacceptable and offensive comment, saying that if I don’t speak English, I should probably go back to my country. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the standards of customer service and basic human respect.
Maybe my English is not perfect, but I know how to use the internet, and I will not let this go unnoticed.
I kindly ask you to investigate this incident and take proper action so that no other customer has to face this kind of discrimination and disrespect in the future.

Ordered chicken teriyaki with Italian herbs and cheese . Bread was stale and too cold could even handle a bite, Vegetables was old too. Staff wasn’t even ready to answer the questions and so rude.. I don’t visit them again… it’s a big no. Spending $$ dollars on this store isn’t worthy

Pretty sure the girl working kept on the same pair of gloves for 7 different sandwiches including going in between the cash register and the sandwiches. Pretty gross. She let my sandwich stay in the toaster for an extra minute while it was beeping instead of just taking the second to remove it and set it aside. Not major but the bread was hard and it was aggravating. If she’d been incredibly busy I could’ve understood but it wasn’t that busy. The sandwich counter was pretty dirty also and all in all just wasn’t really a fan.

Subway vegetables look absolutely awful and taste no better. Have a blimey like coating over tomatoes, cucumbers & pickles. Worst part is I was charged over $14 for this nasty chicken salad.
