Visited Everest Momo House in Indianapolis and had a good overall experience. The service was very prompt and friendly, which we really appreciated. I tried the Jhol Momo — the flavor of the broth was nice, but I ordered it with yak meat and found it a bit too gamey and heavy for my taste. I think the chicken option would have been a better choice for me.

The Chicken Tikka Momo, on the other hand, was really good — flavorful and well prepared. If you’re going for momos, I’d definitely recommend sticking with chicken. Overall, solid spot with great service and worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Okay, let’s talk about how good this place is! This was my second time at House of Momo, and I’m officially hooked. The food is amazing, and the service is even better. It’s like the perfect mix between Thai and Indian cuisine — all the flavor, spice, and comfort in one bite. I had to get the mango lassi (because why not!) — so refreshing and delicious. The momos were packed with flavor, and I couldn’t resist the goat biryani… absolutely no regrets there! Everything came out hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Definitely one of my favorite new spots in town — I’m already plotting my third visit!

Non veg items i ordered like chilli chicken momos (must have if you are visiting this place), chicken momos and chicken chowmein was great. Veg (kadai paneer) was not so great in taste. Overall restaurant is nice and peaceful with good service and non veg food.

I recently visited Everest Momo House and had an amazing experience. The server was incredible throughout the entire visit. I forgot to ask her name, but she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was served exactly the way we wanted. Her service truly stood out.

The food was genuinely authentic and brought real Nepali vibes. The flavors, spices, and overall taste felt just like home. The momos and other dishes were fresh, delicious, and full of the traditional Nepali flavors I grew up with. The atmosphere in the restaurant also added to the experience and made it even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Everest Momo House to anyone looking for authentic Nepali food and welcoming service.

Went inside and very impressed with cleanliness. The young lady took my order, Chicken Korma, and had it within 10-15 minutes. It was great. Ate every bit. Will definitely return.

Like many others, I’d never had Nepalese food before. Everest Momo House was incredible!! I got the Chicken Jhol Momo, which consists of very well-seasoned chicken dumplings served in one of the most comforting, delicious soups I’ve ever had. If you like Chinese or Indian cuisine (or just want something new), stop reading and just plan a trip. You’ll love it. The service was also really good! Very friendly, attentive, and I appreciate bringing the water pitcher to the table so I can pour my own as needed. The man serving me was generous enough to let me try two of their sauces, both of which were lovely and spicy. I’d have taken pictures of the meal, but I forgot my phone existed while I was eating.

Please support small businesses and try this place out!

This restaurant has only been open for a month and a half but it offers a nice variety of Nepal and Indian food. Be careful if you don’t like spice to make sure and tell them because it does have some heat. The food we ordered had great flavor and a nice presentation. I would definitely go back again.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away!
I had one of the worst experiences ever with this restaurant. I ordered chowmein and it was completely inedible – tasted like garbage, not even 1% close to real food. I called them immediately to give feedback, but they were extremely rude and dismissive. They didn’t care at all about my complaint and just ignored me.
When I requested a refund, they told me I had to come in person. I went there thinking they would resolve the issue professionally, but instead, I was shocked and scared. Around 3-4 people were standing there, ready to intimidate me when I spoke to the owner he already start conversation very rude and One guy even stood up like he was about to attack me. I told him to mind his own business, but the whole situation felt unsafe and threatening.
This is not how any business should treat a customer. Terrible food, worse service, and absolutely disgraceful behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your safety and your money, avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I have dined at this restaurant often and it never disappoints. The food tastes authentic and truly reminds me of home-style cooking. The momo were outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced with just the perfect momo ko achar. The chowmein was equally impressive, cooked to perfection with fresh vegetables, flavorful meat, and delicious seasoning that gave it that unmistakable Nepali taste. You have to try thali. Beyond the food, the service was warm and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The environment was clean, cozy, and had a friendly atmosphere that made me want to stay longer. If you’re looking for genuine Nepali flavors with excellent food, great service, and a comfortable setting, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
