We stopped through Jimmy Johns for lunch today and simply ordered a couple sandwiches i ordered the Turkey Tom, add Cheese. After getting back on the highway, myself in the passenger seat, i open my sub to eat and look at it first. Realizing there wasnt any cheese on it. Looked at my receipt…. I was charged . 99 for cheese. So we get back off the highway and get turned around in this aweful winter weather ☃️❄️, to go back to have my sub fixed….. A man with red hair and red beard asked what he could do for me (something in that manner) and i then explained about the cheese and showed my reciept. He turned around and went in the back as I stood there for minutes and there was no one but this woman cutting cheese. So i finally asked if anyone was going to be back to make my sandwich after standing there for at least 5 mins with no one or no sandwich…. This was my response after asking a worker if someone was going to make my sandwich?
I was told they have other tasks that they also have to complete before helping me? … The woman employee shown in the video was extremely rude, disrespectful, and pretty much ranked me to being helped after the floors are mopped and trash taken out. I would not recommend this jimmy johns location to anyone if you want to feel like your business matters it took a 3RD person to come out from the back and ask me how he can help me … Which btw, thank you to that man, i appreciate your help.

Great sandwiches, and indeed, they are freaky fast ! I usually go in and have a sandwich in my hand in under 5min . Its located in the east end of the J&H gas station pretty easy to find and plenty of parking available. Also they have a drive thru window that you enter on the west end of the gas station and go along the back side of the store .

Great food, great service! I tried one of the new pizza subs, I thought it at least should have had ham on it. I got the four cheese sub, it was fair. I used the drive thru service.

Employees on their phones standing at the register ignoring you. Talking about everything but their job. Unprofessional. Sandwich is good as always when you do get them to look up and start working.

Edit: Removing a star. The last few times I tried to put modifications to my sandwich while ordering online, they completely ignored them. Be careful choosing extras that cost more money, because you’ll likely not receive them. Also, if you get a toasted sub, they will pack the hot and cold items all in one bag. No one wants a warm unwich.
Pretty decent sandwiches- kinda pricy for what you get but not bad when your in a pinch.

My boyfriend picked me up a sandwich and chips today and the sandwich had no meat or cheese? He drove all the way back there from home and they did remake it luckily but still? They did nothing to remedy which I feel like in this situation itd be the right thing to offer something small. Probably gonna avoid this location from now on.

I was looking forward to a good sub as It has been a while since I have had Jimmy Johns. My go to is a #15. Club Tuna. I choose this one because it supposed to have more stuff on it. Very disappointing!!!! For $9 and some change I got Cucumber-Lettuce- tomatoes- Cheese- and a pinch of tuna. The whole reason I pay EXTRA for the #15 instead of the normal Tuna…Is the EXTRA stuff. Not impressed and super disappointed. Hoping this was just a fluke. I will not be paying $9+ for a sub-par sub. I will go to Subway and pay just a tad more for alot more items.

I ordered Jimmy John’s to be delivered to me at work. I just got a slim combo, I customized the sandwich to be cut in half and for them to bring me mayonnaise packets.
The sandwich showed up, but it was not cut and there was no mayonnaise.
Because I was at work, I could not get mayonnaise anywhere else, and when I called the person was pretty rude but did tell me that when the driver got back to the store she would have them re-deliver mayonnaise packets.
After the second delivery happened I opened my sandwich to show that bread was missing and pieces of lettuce and things from other sandwiches on the wrapping and even on my sandwich.
So disappointed to pay for something so unappetizing.

They weren’t very friendly on my first visit. They seemed annoyed with me coming through the door. The floor was soaked, mopped but dangerously wet at 9:03 pm and closing isn’t until 10 pm. The kicker, I got home and my sub was WRONG. I said no onions. Disappointing.
