This dairy queen is sadly going to go out of business if they don’t change something fast! The one in Medford is constantly busy. This one should be successful but it is poorly run and you cannot see it easily!
I live in the area and have driven past it accidentally on numerous occasions because there is no sign, set back from the road, and has a row of bushes along the road. This is probably why they have such a small staff as well, because no one even notices that it’s there.
There is usually only 2 people working in the building, which makes everything take forever. I place pick up orders on the website and then often have to sit in the parking lot or stand inside for 5-10 minutes waiting for my food when I ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving.
I stopped going through the drive-thru after an incident where the lights were on and the building was supposed to be open, but no one would respond at the drive thru.
I love dairy queen and we visit the one in Medford often, but this one needs major changes if they want to succeed in this spot.

Went in for ice cream only . Waiting 2 minutes and first time the order was wrong. Staff was focused more on the Uber Eats orders than the customers who came in an ordered. Very understaffed .will not go back .

Called to ask about a order i placed for pick up thru app and couldnt pick up since it was a snow storm and i guess they closed early so basically couldnt cancell order to get my money back and my coupon the person had no idea on how to get in touch with corporate or how to even refund or cancel order then i asked if she can just make the order to avoid having to deal with the logistics and she said thats too much and hung up

Poor service, i felt like had i not said anything he would have forgotten my part of the order, a customer came up and he almost forgot their ice cream. When i asked him a question about something he didn’t have a proper response. He had an attitude towards me as well. I would recommend not to go to this location until they redo the staffing and get people who know how to handle customers properly

3rd time wrong blizzard’s sent over. Today ordered a med butterfinger that was correct, ordered a med NY cheese cake got a med smoors instead,ordered a mini cotton candy got a mini NY cheesecake. All were quite melted,i paid for extra strawberrie for my med cheesecake Blizzard which was not given as they made the wrong blizzard and the mini blizzard did not have the extra strawberry’s in it. Tried calling store no one answers. I’m done with this store. 3 strikes your out.

A great experience as usual. I come typically once a week to get my hunger satisfied. They always cook your order fresh, no matter if it’s dine-in or drivethru. Placing the order through the mobile app is the way to go with the great deals they got, sometimes it’s a free delicious and very filling blizzard with any purchase, sometimes it’s a free fry, or a few dollars off a combo. The price of their meals is cheaper compared to their competition. I always recommend ordering through the mobile app to make the most out of the benefits. Their dip cups are 2x the size of other fast food places, which makes them so much better. They treat you with respect and the dining room is almost nearly always clean, the design of the establishment is very unique, with the spoon door handles or the cartoonish dessert paintings. I would 100% recommend eating here, if you want good- no, great quality fresh food made to order. I know I always know where to go if I want a fresh order.
