$7 for a very average latte feels steep, especially when the flavor and texture don’t quite match expectations. The staff seemed disengaged, which didn’t help the experience. Seeing pre-made sandwiches sitting out of refrigeration was also a bit concerning. The space is bright and modern, but the quality and care need some catching up.

We ordered a cappuccino which was a whopping $7 and came with 3/4 foam !! Like literally where is the coffee?
You guys need to improve this location and give more training! The old lady at the counter was arrogant at 11 in the morning! We asked if she could properly fill the cup for the amount I paid and she just gave us milk !! Like what!! We wanted coffee not milk!

Their coffee is amazing as usual. But the breakfast sandwiches were horrible. They put them on display, and I think they should make them fresh out of the packaging. I got the bagel and my dad got the croissant and his was not heated so it was cold a hot. Mine tasted stale like it been sitting out for a while.

the red headed girl with the glasses has a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE, she is rude and treats customers poorly. she has no customer service skills at all. i recommend driving 20 minutes up the road to the maryland travel house and get your coffee from dunkin

The workers here are so arrogant.

Made the wrong drink and insisted I had ordered wrong, so I had to pay again. Bagel was inedible (microwaved until rock hard.) everything was expensive. I reccomend driving another ten miles or so to a Starbucks.

I highly recommend this place soley on the customer service we received that day. We’d been on the road for a few days and needed a caffeine boost for the last leg of our trip. The barista was chipper from the beginning. We, being new to their establishment, asked her some questions and got her opinion on some drinks. She was versed in the product, and offered the benefits of each drink. Unable to decide, we chose to get her favorite of the options we thought about. Maaaaaannn, when I say I’m not a coffee drinker…. these were DELICIOUS!!! I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha. I forgot what my mom ordered, maybe a cappuccino. They were just what we needed to finish the trip! Starbucks is overrated. If you get a chance to stop here please do!

Peets at the MD reststop has been my go to for the past few months. Coffee is very good. Their muffins are delicious. Service is the only area needing great Improvement. Staff are not the friendliest and the long line always takes way to long to get through. They need to put more people on to help manage the crowds. The staff seems stressed and unable to manage the number of customers and it shows.

I ordered a matcha latte from this Peet’s Coffee location, and the quality was disappointing, definitely not what I expect from Peet’s. If the company values its reputation, they should seriously check on this location to ensure it meets their usual standards.
