The food was really good. Better than I expected. They do not come with Mayo, mustard, or ketchup so ask for it if you want it. Wanted onion rings, but they were out, so the guy offered sweet potato fries. Well…they were out of those too. Wanted a Bloody Mary, never got it….went to the bar and just got a beer in a bottle (I figured that wouldn’t put them out too much). Had we sat at the bar itself, with their friends, we probably would have been waited on or even spoken too. He did adjust our total since they didn’t have the sides that went with our burgers. So that was pretty cool.

The smash burger was huge! It was also cooked well. Many places get the smash burger too dry and a little tough because they are, by nature, so thin. This was cooked perfectly. Fries are steak fries – not my favorite but these were good though they needed more salt. My wife got garlic parmesan wings. The wings are large but a little tough. The flavor of the sauce was okay but a little bland. Service was friendly and, being a bar I was surprised at how clean it was. Prices were very reasonable. I would stop again if I pass through town at meal time again.

Oh my! What a surprise…the food and service was absolutely amazing! The smash burger was huge, juicy, and tasty! The corn ribs was crispy & flavorful. The wings were finger-licking good! I highly recommend this place.

The owner is a super nice guy and he knows how to cook. He definitely takes pride in putting out a quality product with his food and it looks amazing. It even tastes as good as it looks and the cost is comparable to a much less appetizing fast food meal. You can’t go wrong ordering anything from Big Backs. The Boom Boom Shrimp, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries and the Onion Rings are all to die for!!

Would not stop again. Service was awful. No one wanted to take orders even though we sat at the bar. Took over and hour and 15 minutes to get a salad, burger and wings. Displayed drinks which they didn’t have. Staff continually disappeared leaving no one in the space. Witnessed a patron go knock on the kitchen door to get someone to get him a beer. Food was good so they are really missing the potential.

Went in for a family gathering. Set down and ordered. It was 11 of us in the whole restaurant to eat. I ordered buffalo wings and a smash burger with no onion and no mayonnaise (since I have an allergy to mayonnaise). We waited then 45 minutes later the one side of the table gotten there food and I was yet to get my appetizer of wings yet. So I went to the men’s restroom and seen the urinal covered in dryer urine. Had a picture frame busted on the floor with a picture of some billiards player and a quarter cup of beer near the toilet. I quickly used the restroom and washed my hands in cold water since the hot water didn’t work. Finally set down and they brought out my wings a little over an hour after ordering them. I ate the wings waited on refill of my drink while everyone else is finishing up there meals. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes my smash burger came out but had the smash burger special sauce. Me knowing after nearly traveling all over the US in professional baseball for nearly 30 years and working production for New Japan Professional Wrestling eating smash burger in NYC (which has 21 specialty restaurants that’s actually named smash burger) the special sauce consists of mayonnaise, honey Dijon or regular mustard, and ketsup. Telling the waitress that it had mayonnaise she went ask the cooks if that was mayonnaise. She told me it wasn’t mayonnaise after I trying to explain to her it’s a mayo based sauce. I finally said what ever took the top part of wiped off what I could and ate about 1/2 til I just gave up. The rest of my party was paying and going to play Cornhole. Didn’t get an apology for the long wait or the mayonnaise-based sauce or not even a discount. Totally horrible experience. Will not go back again.

Had the smashburger and onion rings and both were amazing. Big servings on the apps; we had cheese curds and corn ribs… both were great. We all left stuffed. Not to mention the price is great, given the volume of food you’re getting. Highly recommend this gem.

Bar service messed up half the drinks we ordered, food took 45+ mins to come out with maybe 5 people eating and 15 people in the whole building. Only highlight was they had Twisted Tea on tap
