No asking me how I’d like my sandwich! My sandwich was very bland tasted no dressing asked for extra pickles I had like 6 on my entire footlong! Subs here just have zero flavor! Would not recommend this location the subway at 9/ vandyke is way better!

Just tried to get a sub here today (5.31.24). Saw a woman walk into the store from Crazy Crab. She must’ve rushed to the back because she couldn’t be bothered to come out and take my order. I put the chips back and left. The photos show the area completely empty of employees.

Went in there got lunch today around noon. There was a bunch of people that flooded the door. One worker but she was very nice, fast, and polite. She busted the whole line out in no time for being the only one working. And the food was made perfect and delicious.

The sandwich artist was friendly but I don’t think she understood the cheese count for the sandwich recipes. Apparently, extra cheese is ridiculously priced. We asked for more cheese because she didn’t put the normal amount on them smh. We paid $10 extra for cheese. Rip off! That’s more than an entire sandwich. I literally didn’t wanna go back up to the counter and say anything about it. I felt bad what am I supposed to say you don’t know your own recipe.

As I walked in the worker never spoke or acknowledged me. I literally stood there for roughly 5-7 minutes as she finished an online order and never saying anything such as “Hi I’ll be right with you” or “I’m finishing up an order if you can please bare with me”. There was 2 other customers in the store who was appalled that she said literally nothing while keeping her earbuds plugged into her ears. I asked her after a while, “Is there another worker here.” Her response was, “It’s just me why?” Customer service is everything and this worker’s was a 0/10!

This location needs to be closed. The service here is absolutely awful every time I try and come here for lunch. I enjoy Subway and this is everything is SHOULD NOT BE. Skye or whatever her name is has a terrible attitude all the time and never smiles. I’m not sure who “put her in charge” but they clearly don’t know anything about customer service or running a business. Unfortunately I won’t be back here just like the other unsatisfied customers below my review. The franchise owner needs to do better than this or sell.
