First time I’ve ever been to this establishment. I ordered a Reuben sandwich to go and when I got home only about 3/4 of the sandwich if that much had corned beef on it very little sauerkraut and I didn’t even see the cheese. All this for $9 and some change. Also ordered a corn chowder which was average at best. Tasted more like cream corn. Everybody there was extremely nice but I won’t be going back

Stopped by for a quick bite on my way back from shopping and was happy with the experience.
The Reuben was a solid choice with great flavor and an alright portion for the price. It wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve ever had, but for a quick lunch, I couldn’t complain! It also came with a tiny serving of pasta salad which was pretty nice.
The staff were very sweet and got my order out without any issues. Service was a little slow, even though I was the only customer in the store, but hey—you can’t rush a fresh sandwich.
If you’re looking for a spot to grab lunch, I have no doubt Miss L’s will satisfy.

I’ve been coming here since it first opened when I was a young teen. The owner was an amazing and sweet woman. The food was always superb. Unfortunately, ever since she passed, they keep changing the recipes. They keep changing the soup and they keep changing the pasta salad. Please keep things the way they were when she was alive. There’s a reason why she stayed open as long as she did. She knew what she was doing.

Tried Miss L’s for the first time today 10/30/25 and it was by far better than any sandwich from other sandwich shop chains out there. I ordered the #12 and my boss ordered the #7. Every thing was fresh and absolutely delicious. Definitely have found my new favorite place to eat. Perfect price point. The owner is sweet and her 2 ladies working there today were sweet and helped me out making a decision on which sandwich to order. It’s a lot of food too. Go check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Something different and simple! The sandwiches and soup are amazing and very unique. All fresh ingredients and boars head meat.. the marble rye bread is DELICIOUS. Owner makes THE BEST cakes all homemade. The history of the building and the cute downtown makes it delightful .. perfect spot to meet up for tea or a fresh lunch

This is a great date spot! So delicious and yummy that my partner and I usually split one samdwich, with a sweet tea for each of us. Everyone there is bright and happy, we got helped by Rabbit and it was such a lovely experience. We come back here about every 2 weeks, and I recommend that you should too!!

It’s was a pretty nice place to eat and the food was decent but the price wasn’t worth the portion or meal to me.
I got the number 10 and it’s was fresh roast beef on a marble rye bread, which I did enjoy the choice of bread since most places won’t even try to carry rye or sourdough bread. Don’t get me wrong it was a good sandwich and side pasta but I think the price is a little high. I’d go back once the economy chills and get backs to norm.

Good, classic-style sandwiches with nice different bread options. We’ll have to make a trip back for some of the baked desserts

Its probably amazing if you haven’t been going there for ten years, but I havent been a while so decided to go. I was so disappointed. Im sorry. But im not even joking when I say I couldnt even eat half of it, and went center street tavern instead. It was a waste a money in my opinion. And the pasta salad taste like plain boiled noodles. Theres quite a few ingredients in it, but I couldnt tell you because it has no flavor.
