These young people who are working there are unwilling to make your sandwich how you want it. I’m not sure I even got the normal amount of meatballs on the sub that I wanted extra meatballs because they were unwilling to get more out. They are rude and create an uncomfortable atmosphere. This kind of thing has happened before. The worst subway shop I’ve ever been in. I won’t be going back and do not suggest anyone else to go there.

We were helped immediately. Sandwich was made to my liking. The place was clean, tables were clean. Not busy, so it was quiet when we sat to eat. I like there is bottled soda and fountain soda.

Totally disappointed. My husband and I went to the East Johnson Street location in Fondulac and each got a salad. My husband also got a wrap. Our total bill with 2 sodas was 35.00. Crazy! We wanted extra veggies on our salad and our tomatoes cut up, and the worker looked at the cashier and rolled his eyes while they both smiled at each other. The restroom toilet is pictured below….disgusting! Bathroom was not clean. I would not recommend this location.

I got a door dash delivered to me, and called the store to make sure my sandwich was extra toasted. I received my flat bread, and it was cold, and the meat and cheese were not heated either. I called the restaurant and they said they’d refund me.. when I walked into the store the cashier said she couldn’t refund me because her manager toasted my sandwich, if that was the case my cheese and meat wouldn’t be cold and the bread would be hard and crisp. I asked for the general managers number and the lady said her manager wouldn’t allow that. All around very unprofessional, and I’m not pleased with how rude the cashier is. I order subway weekly, and I know when a sandwich is cooked.

Food was ready right on time and just the way we like it. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t use our online coupon at this store. Meat could have been a bit warmer but otherwise it was a great meal.

Cayden was freaking awesome, I haven’t had service like that at Michelin star restaurants. I mean the food is always subway quality but he made the experience fun and I will definitely be going back specifically because of him. Someone get that man a raise

I typically have pretty good experiences here. All of the workers are really friendly. I tend to have a hard time hearing when there’s higher levels of background noise (due to some medical issues I have that effect my ears and hearing) and I often find myself having to ask the staff to repeat themselves, and I always apologize as I feel bad, even more so when I have to ask them to reprat it more than once, but let me say something. I have never ONCE had an employee there that was not understanding and never had one either that seemed to be annoyed by it, to which I am extremely grateful. Wonderful food and wonderful staff.

Ordered 2 foot long subs. The buns were so narrow. Very little meat very little cheese. This is getting so bad. It was like a bun full of mayo. Whats the point? Just close these places down. If you dont want give people anything for there money just leave a donation box outside your door because people want a real sandwich.
